We were quite few people but service was not taking care of us. Quantity were quite smaller with respect last times with same prices. Nachos was partially too cooked; onions were too fried; chicken was good but as I said for the same price now you serve half of the portion....We also had a birthday discount applicable for entree but waiter once we requested the bill told us that discount applies only to main courses even if it is not appearing like that in such flyer; prefers not losing more time in complaining.

Well adapted to covid social distancing. Many tables have been isolated into booths, and all tables for use had been sanitised along with seating. All staff in properly fitted masks, all servers had gloves. A small bag was provided for our masks while we ate. Food excellent and timely as ever. Long Island iced tea to die for. Music right up my street as ever.

la comida excelente, trajeron todos los platos menos el mio, estuve 8 min esperando. No nos pusieron cubiertos. y uno de nosotros estaba de cumpleaños y aunque lo mencionamos no hubo ningun detalle.

El sitio es estupendo! Volveremos en las próximas semanas, Las hamburguesas son exquisitas y la bebida muy fresca. En cuanto al servicio fue muy amable, ágil y simpáticos. Calidad y precio en un solo nombre HRC. Gracias!

Service was outstanding as always.
Nachos were not so great, (lack of cheese).
Chicken Fajitas were not so great, the taste of the grilled vegetables and the chicken was very simple.
Desserts was delicious!

Sitio genial para saborear una buena comida americana. Ingredientes de calidad y porciones grandes. El servicio impecable con un equipo dedicado exclusivamente a la limpieza y desinfección del local.

Quality if the meat was not astonishing as it used to be, nachos were fine and service was good and respectful.

Me gusto mucho la ambientación y la comida del local, había estado en el Hard Rock de New York City me gusto un poco , más pero el de BCN (mi ciudad) esta muy bueno también.

We have been to Hard Rock in many countries many times and this experience in Hard Rock Barcelona was just the worst, and our first bad experience at Hard Rock.

The menu is super limited, the music was playing so low that it was like being at a regular restaurant, not The Hard Rock experience for sure!

Nuestra experiencia fue muy buena nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos el servicio fue increíble.

We love the food and service. Perfect place to go with friends or family.. And the security measures are followed correctly, we always feel safe.
The only shame is that the kid's menu is not free anymore :(

Execellent service, decor and music as you would expect from any Hard Rock Cafe. Corona virus measures in place are the best I’ve seen yet. Only lacking variety on the menu but maybe to be expected as business in restaurants these days is so quiet. Overall well done and keep up the good work

The Food is delicious, but they’ve changed the menú, and removed some of my favourite plates (like the combo starter) 😢.

Excellent food and attention. We tasted nachos, hamburgers and Tomelo's chicken. Too much quantity for 2 adults and two kids
