I had a massi burger and my wife had a country burger, chips and onion rings. For dessert I had apple cobbler and my wife had chocolate brownie and ice cream that was enormous. All tasted fantastic, service was good, not too rushed.

It was a Hard Rock, so they’re all loud. That music is always blaring. My table and seat had been wiped but not well. There were some crumbs and stickiness. The reservation asks if you’re coming for a special reason, I chose a special reason but it was never acknowledged. For the type of food though, it’s way too expensive. A milkshake should be less than 5€.

Very quiet in terms of customers. Probably the worst HRC experience we’ve had and we’ve been to outlets in several countries. Not sure how you get fries so dry but they managed it! Suggest sticking to the real Italian restaurants.

Dear Hard Rock Cafe in Florence today I had a very dissapointing "dinner"/"meal" . Allthough there was only a few guests, we waited long for the food, and when it came it was cold. I loooked foward to my nachos( I always order them for the forst course. They where cold, the was too little cheese and the guacamole was filled with big avocados. The burger for my husband was cold, and the fries was very boring - we only eat a few of them. I ordered coca cola zero without- it was filled with ice. Ihad a ceasar salad - the chicken was not good, the lettuche was ok. I have visited Hard Rock Cafe in 21 cities, and never complained because normal everything is perfect. But not yesterday. I will suggest, that you refound the whole amount for me. All the best Karina we waited very long adn was dissapointed, so we left

Locale molto bello, personale professionale simpatico e sempre disponibile. L antipasto, a base di nachos, ultra abbondante e buonissimo, così come il panino ed il primo. Musica eccellente e atmosfera perfetta per passare una serata divertente e spensierata.

Forte odore di fogna proveniente dai bagni e decisamente caro come cibo e come bevande. Panini intorno alle 20 euro e birra alla spina media 8 euro. Servizio dei camerieri comunque gradevole. Vengo spesso a Firenze ma qui non tornerò mai più.
