Good same old Hard Rock Café experience. Great ambience, very nice attendance.
The food was good, but it had better days. The burguers were just regular and the cocktail was nothing special. It´s always a good experience, but it has been better in the past. Keep on rocking!

I have been attending HRC Lisbon for more than 10 years now (as some other ones across the world), and it has always been a HRC stapple to sing Happy Birthday when its someones anniversary. Yesterday, like so many other times, I decided to have my birthday party with my mother at HRC Lisbon... we ordered the brownie and brought candles to celebrate the evening, alas, not only did we get a cold brownie (after half an hour of waiting), but we got a complacent no when asked for a lighter (or similar) to light up said candles... not to mention that we did not get a birthday song, like some other table did, but they were kind enough to appologise and to refund us of the brownie at the end. Still, not an experience to repeat any time soon. Not the HRC we were used to anymore.

We were served by Nanda and we have no words to express how fantastic she was. Furthermore, Hard Rock is a wonderful place to go in Lisbon because of its environment, foods and musics

This was not our first meal at HRC. The nachos were abysmal - no sign of cheddar or Monterrey Jack cheese just a runny tasteless goo. Only half the chips had anything on them at all. The wings were dry and tough.

They were out of whipped cream to put on the brownie, which was dry in the first place. They ended up not charging us for dessert but the meal was still very disappointing. I am unable to recommend HRC until they get their act together.

Every year my family and I go to HR to celebrate your birthday, it's a great time!

Many restrictions. Should open just when the pandemic theme goes away. Its not the real Hard Rock experience, but i will keep visiting HR Lisbon always.

Super cool environment with rock&roll theme, decoration and music. Excellent entrees, whether you prefer steak, ribs or burgers. The service is really amazing, the staff is the nicest and coolest in town. 100%-satisfaction-or-money-back-guarantee is their policy. Save some room in your belly because it is forbidden to miss their brown at the end.

Great experience! Attendets were very attentious, food was delicious and music was great. The four of us had cheeseburguers with fries (my husband, our two daughters and I) and an astonishing brownie.

The man at the front door / reception was very rude, taciturn and annoyed! He treats the guests from "above" and as not welcome. A shame for a hard rock cafe as we know it from other cities! Even if the time is not easy, you can receive the guests in a friendly manner and maintain the good reputation of the Hardrock Cafe. Sorry i was very disappointed.

Food was ok, not worth the price. There was only one waitress to cover all upstairs floor it took us half an hour to be able to order.

Considering how difficult it is with Covid restrictions, we had a lovely meal at the Hard Rock in Lisbon.

Very quiet a very different sort of experience than we are used to at the Hard Rock but we were staying at the Tivoli and we really wanted to go there for dinner. Missed the pulled pork burger but completely understand the smaller menu and how difficult it is for the Hard Rock and all restaurants at the moment. We wanted to support them - we love it there and will be back.
