   Our booking was made for 3.45 for bottomless brunch, we weren’t seated until 4.40 and spent over an hour waiting for our table stood at a crowded bar. There was no apology by any of the staff members just told we had to wait and they were running behind on tables. No one kept us updated with this, we had to ask serving staff 3 times what was going on and again, no apologies. When we were finally seated we had to wait half an hour for our first drinks, our order was taken after 10 minutes of sitting but the drinks were taking a very long time to come. The server did not come and ask if we wanted top ups, when confronted about this we were told we should have came and found her, again no apology. She was extremely rude when told we had only had 1 drink for the first hour of our brunch. However after being confronted, she did come over 2 more times but there continued to be extremely long waits between ordering and actually receiving drinks. The food itself was delicious and the only good thing about the experience. When it came to paying we were hoping for an apology due to waiting for almost an hour to be seated or the long wait times between ordering a drink and actually receiving it (when the server eventually started coming more regularly to the table). The server just came over told us our amount held out the card machine and walked away once we had payed. The worst bottomless brunch experience I have ever had. I would recommend nor will I ever go back.

   Booked for 15:45 but did not get seated until around 16:30 which is an unacceptable delay, with no apology or explanation. Lots of other people waiting to be seated too suggesting overbooking. Atmosphere was good and food nice but not as good as expected from this venue, nothing special.

   First time visiting. On arrival restaurant was running late 30mins late. Which wasn’t a issue but when seated we ordered r food and drinks. Food came way before our drinks and then I had to ask again. Lady who seated us was lovely but was taken over by a gentleman but I did find he never really came to ask if we wanted another drink. I found we had to keep asking and felt awful as it was busy.

   Did Bottomless Brunch waited 30 mins for table. Waited a while for drinks to start then no rose wine, white wine was awful so only had glasses of Prosecco after that and had to go to waitress to request. Food was nice Not sure if I would return for BB again

   We arrived early so was giving a device which lets you know when table was ready it was ready on time we were shown to our table giving menus then we looked them over then s little while a waitress came over and took our order for drinks and food the only problem I would say was we waited 25 minutes for first drink but after that it was great , it was very busy being a Saturday afternoon overall a lovely place, great staff and lovely food

    Absolutely fabulous Bottomless Brunch. Our server was very attentive & friendly. Food was delicious & drinks were flowing. We will be back. This was my first visit & every member of staff were really lovely & helpful. Thank you to your team 👏👏

    Shambles! We arrived on time and were told there would be a small wait. Half an hour later - after waiting in a very cramped part of the restaurant, we were shown to our table. 15 minutes later we finally got our first drink! The starters came before the drinks did! Madness. Chicken wings dry as heck, tomatoes on toast had no flavour other than onion. We definitely felt unwanted by the staff and they asked us to move on before our alloted time had finished. Poor music choice for a "hard rock" place, 100% won't be going back to this one or maybe even any other Hard Rock cafes, what a stupid idea doing bottomless brunch on offer to bring in more customers - they were obviously overbooked and weren't table to cope.

    The food was very nice. The restaurant was very busy. There were two of us. Our bottomless brunch was at 2pm and we had a 1 1/2 hour time slot. We ordered our meal and prosecco at 2.10pm. Our starter came and we still didn’t have a drink by 20 past. I mentioned this to the manager. He did apologise and went to get us a drink personally. We finished our starter and our first drinks came at 2.30 !! This was totally unacceptable considering this was bottomless brunch. We received our last drinks at 3.20pm We weren’t given any extra time. There were two tables next to us complaining about the same issues. It made no sense at all to be bringing glasses of Prosecco and wine to tables. It would have made a lot more sense to give out bottles or have waitresses walking around the restaurant topping drinks up. I wouldn’t return which is a shame as it’s a nice place and the food was good.

    Bottomless brunch … we had to wait 30 mins for a refill after our first drink and had to keep asking for top ups to be told they were busy !! Bottomless brunch it was not .

    Fantastic service 👍 but ended up with really awful seat right next to door and area where you wait to be seated absolutely freezing couldn’t remove my coat. waitress was fantastic spot on.

    Food was nice and arrived at the table quickly, however our Jack who was serving our table forgot to bring the drinks, we had to ask for them, we had finished the first course before we received them. We then asked for refills and he brought the wrong order. There was a live act on and she was great but just far too loud so couldn't hear each other to talk

    I had requested a quieter area for my son who has a disability and struggles with too much stimulation. The staff we’re lovely, really went the extra mile to help us feel comfortable.

    Great food and service. Where we were sat, downstairs near the back, was regularly hit by a cold draft, and when the band arrived (who we'd have loved to see) they were regularly filing past us, which took away from things just a little on a special occasion. Still a good evening and would go back.

    Good food, good service.. and the venue is just gorgeous. Server couldn't do enough for us and made sure he kept the drinks coming! Long Island iced tea was a little too sour which defeated me in the end, but got to sample all of the drinks on the menu before our time was up so no complaints there! Little bit expensive still with the Friday surcharge which cuts the wowcher discount in half plus a surcharge on the steak we ordered so still some to pay at the end of the brunch means this won't be a regular thing.... but good for a treat!

    Music was far too loud I couldn’t hear my wife. Buffalo chicken wings was sour. Burger was dry with the chips that dry I had to have a drink whilst eating them. Bottomless brunch drink service was extremely slow so we only had 4 drinks each and was waiting in between each drink. Definitely would come back.

    Staff were great , they welcomed me and my dad, they wished my dad happy birthday as we were over celebrating his 65th birthday. They did say his dessert was on the house because of the occasion but upon paying we were charged for it

    The waitress herself was lovely and she apologised for the delay in waiting at the beginning for our food and drink order to be taken. She was polite the entire time so I have no problems with her, it was more the overall experience. We waited 10 minutes to be spoken to at the front desk and then a further 10-15 minutes to be spoken to once sat down. They didn’t seem to know if we had prepaid or not beforehand so we had to show them the email to prove we had prepaid for the bottomless brunch. We were allowed one drink at a time which seemed fair but not when the wait between each one isn’t timely. It just felt like they were counting how many drinks we were allowed and so overall didn’t feel bottomless. At one point the waitress saw my partner had an empty drink and asked us both if we wanted a new one. I had some left in my drink so she went away and came back saying that her manager wanted me to finish my current one first before she puts through another one, even though she was getting my partner one and I would’ve been finished by the time it actually came out. We also had plenty of time left the on the clock. Just seemed over the top strict so it took the fun out of it for me personally. I just wouldn’t do a bottomless brunch there again. Otherwise the food itself was lovely - thank you.

    Bottomless brunch- huge portions! Very attentive service, didn't have to chase people down for more drinks which was excellent! Plus our 90 mins didn't start until our 1st drink was on the table. Couldn't fault it!

    We had the best time celebrating my friends new job and it was a lovely atmosphere, food was great and lots of choice… gluten free options too. The staff were very busy but made sure we were happy with our food and they kept the drinks coming! Definitely recommend this place

    Had a bottomless brunch booked with work colleagues. Food was lovely, environment was great, service was outstanding. Only thing some people wanted to upgrade to cocktails and others did not. As one who doesn’t drink beer, Prosecco or wine had to go for cider, which was a brand I don’t particularly like. I would much rather have paid an upgrade to drink cocktails but could not as the entire party didn’t want to. I understand the reasoning behind not being able to, however just a little frustrating if you don’t like the drinks being served.

    Another fab meal, food was excellent. Great shout out to Jack our waiter, he was great and really attentive !! Small bug bear.... we didn't like sitting first table near the bar, especially as there were people at the bar drinking near us and we had a little one with us. Would of been best to be located further away from the group at the bar.
