Hard Rock Cafe - Surfers Paradise

My sons 7th birthday lunch. They did all they could to make it special for him.

Great atmosphere and good customer service from all of the staff there

Worst service. Table was wobbly when arriving, was then placed at a differnt table in the middle of all the foot traffic for outside and all wait and bar staff. Our table and chairs were knocked and bumped constantly
Drinks wernt right and waited almost the whole meal until they were replaced
When we complained at the end the wait staff said there was nothing they can do about it.
Extremely unhappy and won’t ever be returning. This is now the second bad experience at this venue
And had no help or apology even from staff or a manager.

Hard Rock is always our go to place when eating out at a restraunt. Service is always amazing, food is absolutely lovely and always come out quick with little wait time.

The beef salad was nice, and the ambience was good.

Lunch - music way too loud couldn't talk to friends. Too dark. Vegie burger average not much flavour, bun was not fresh, chips n Mayo was very good. Asked for outside in booking but it was unavailable when arrived. Service good. Wouldn't go again.

Bree was our host and she rocked the show. Definitely made it an awesome experience for us.

Our waitress was Zee and she was fantastic. Made our night, with great service very attentive.
It was extremely loud with 2 tables yelling and yahooing, we could barely hear ourselves speak.

Great meals. Steak was so tender!

We are locals and the kids like to visit on their birthdays. Unfortunately this time we were seated on the edge of the stage and the band started not long after that. And there ended the conversation! I noted in the booking that it was my daugthers birthday but no acknowledgement was made. Very lacklustre experience.....not the usual fun vibe.....The food was very good however and very generous servings.

Musical bingo was fun whilst enjoying the delicious cocktails and food.the table service was outstanding

Family friendly dining, Friendly service. If you want to say you went to a Hard Rock Cafe, go but there are plenty of other restaurants around to choose from if you're after a truly memorable dining experience.

Bathrooms were a mess, scruffy dirty ladies toilets that smelt bad and toilet paper all over the floor - no one had cleaned them for a while. Ribs were dry, beans and coleslaw were tasteless. Chopped salad and wings were good. Used to love going here. Wouldn’t rush back again - was sub par. The waiter was terrific and he was rushed off his feet.

Over priced and below average food service was very slow

Unfortunately has gone down hill since our last visit.. Mostly ignored by waiters, had to order our drinks with 2 separate waiters before we got them, food wasn't great, no atmosphere and very expensive.

Spent new year’s eve here with two teenagers. The band Ramjet was really good - love their music. The service was excellent and we were well looked after. Plus the food was great. Will definitely be back!

The service and food were very nice but the place looks very old and outdated. The cocktails used to be better, and there were more options. I also noticed the music didn't match the music video... a big delay between the 2.

Service was good... unfortunately instead of being the American burger , it seems like they become very Australian style. Such a shame as the Italian one are huge, same as Colombia one.. a bit disappointed after paying 400$ Bill. Cocktails not as good as overseas one.. I was expecting better from the Hard Rock Cafe - Surfers paradise :/

Cocktails were so weak. Not like they used to be. Couldn’t detect an ounce of alcohol. Which is wrong for the price. Club sandwich was awful. Chicken too thick. Wasn’t impressed at all. Used to love this place. The burgers were good. Service good. Staff lovely.

Fantastic experience. Service amazing & attentive. Food came out so quickly and perfect in taste & visually. The staff were friendly & big shout out to the guy in the rock shop he literally made the night!

Food was delicious, came out on time, service was fantastic, they did a birthday call out for my son and gave him an icecream. Our server was attentive and professional and happy!
