Harvest by Roy Ellamar - Bellagio
Excellent food & beautiful decor!
Nice to have a real food meal in Tinseltown. Ingredients were fresh, preparation was original and service was great. Ate here twice in 3 days, will definately return.
While the pasta dish and osso buco were very good, the roasted chicken was horrible. Overcooked and tasteless. I would not go back
The food is outstanding, however our meal took 3 hours and I wasn’t sitting at a chefs table or experiencing a 7 course tasing menu.
Just a nice sit down dinner with friends.
Fresh and creative offerings. Waite staff is excellent and helpful.
Interesting menu with many options which all include vegetables. We had the beet and feta salad , shrimp appetizer and the pork chop entree. All were excellent.
Harvest never dissapoints, from the specialty cocktails to the cheese platter! The cheese platter is a great starter with amazing soft cheeses, fruit and jams. For the entree, highly recommend the filet. Not only is the steak amazing but the seasoning and sauces that accompany it are a great compliment to the filet!
For an upscale restaurant in Vegas, Harvest is underwhelming. Food was fine but nothing memorable or special. Service was below par—our server seemed to forget we existed for long periods of time. Overall, it wasn’t a bad meal, but there are so many better options nearby in Bellagio, Cosmopolitan, and Aria that I can’t see any reason to return.
Delicious, creative and lots of interesting VEGETABLES. I felt so healthy and loved the selection of items I generally can’t find and definitely couldn’t easily make on my own. The restaurant is stunning while also feeling very down to earth. We ordered and shared a bunch of different sides. We each started with the mushroom soup - a delicious variation of French Onion soup. We then shared Vegetable Crudités, Beet and Feta Salad, Crispy Brussel Sprouts and Naan. The serving sizes were generous and are well suited for sharing. I also loved the different dipping options from the Naan’s roasted red pepper tapenade to the charred eggplant dip to the whipped raita. The Vegetable Crudités came with both avocado lime and cauliflower hummus for dipping. I could munch on the Crispy Brussel sprouts all day. They were that good! If you are looking for creative and delicious farm to table dining for a special occasion date to a night out with friends, I would highly recommend Harvest by Roy Ellamar.
I love Harvest. It is one of my favorites at Bellagio
My husband and I enjoyed a beautiful evening at this lovely restaurant. Servers were great, food was amazing - it’s not cheap but it was worth every single penny. Our third time here and still amazing.
Wonderful food, a little pricey!
Just right for a quiet business dinner. Delicious and beautiful food, helpful but unobtrusive service and spot on menu recommendations! I would eat there every night given the opportunity!!
Great food, great atmosphere ... Love to watch what is going on in the kitchen ... Our new favorite in Vegas
First time visit to Harvest, and food was incredible!
We ordered the beet salad, seafood platter, pasta and brussel sprouts. Left the restaurant stuffed.
This restaurant has an incredibly imaginative, creative menu. It's hard to make a selection as everything sounds delicious. I had salmon the other night. It was literally the best piece of salmon I think I ever had. Beautifully presented and surrounded by lovely fresh vegetables. Dont get me started on the apple pie dessert. Wow!
It was wonderful. Everything was amazing
Awww some oysters!!
Thanks for a great evening celebrating my daughter's 20th birthday. It did run a bit slow and we almost missed our show but the server gave us desserts to apologize. It was great.
Very disappointing to be honest. Firstly we were sat at a two top next to the outer glass inner window which meant one of us had the view of the restaurant - very cool kitchen and design views, and one of us looked at a blank corridor, not cool.
We told our waiter we had a show to attend. We ordered food that was easy to prepare, mushroom soup and shrimp cocktail. But we waited 10 mins for the waiter to come over, 15 mins for drinks to come, 20 mins for the soups to come. My date is gluten free and had that discussion with the server. However her soup came w two pieces of bread smack in the middle of the soup. She sent it back and got salad. We then waited another 20 minutes for main courses. Shrimp cocktail and Flatbread shouldn’t have taken 20 minutes. The Shrimp was amazing, thumbs up. If you want flatbread don’t order it here. Its not flat bread. It is a home baked loaf of white bread the width of a super fat ciabatta and as long. Really not flatbread. It had the toppings prosciutto and goats cheese plopped on top, cold w a few strands of arugula. If it was billed as a specialty bread for two people w a topping maybe but it was not I expected a somewhat crispy certainly thin flatbread where the toppings were baked on. Not even close.
The martinis were delicious and pricey @16 but the manager took off one round as she apologized for how slow the service was. That was after we asked several employees for the bill and had to find the manager to actually get it. In a town like Las Vegas where many people are seeing shows you would expect that a high end expensive “named chef” restaurant would know how to do the dinning experience better than Harvest. Btw the two tables next to us clearly were having the same experience.
We allowed ample time for dinner and show. Reservation was 7:15 and show at 9:30
All in all I don’t write reviews often but the idea of others spending lots of money and having such a disappointing experience prompted me to share.
Was disappointed by our dinner service. Took several minutes from being seated to be greeted or to even get a drink menu. Our server was nice but not attentive. The food was fine but not extraordinary, and again even simple things were missed like a steak order being served without a steak knife. For the price of a premium steakhouse the service & experience wasn’t good enough. Won’t go back, wouldn’t recommend.
The ambiance, food and staff could not have been any better. I highly recommend this dining experience to anyone!!
The pasta was cooked beyond al dente, the mushroom soup was good, the radicchio salad was very dry. I requested more dressing. The service was great, but overall an underwhelming experience. I won’t be returning.
Service still very good, but food used to be better. Not much to talk about. Bellagio can do better.
One of my favorite restaurants on the Strip! Beautiful restaurant and beautiful food. I take all my guests here and they're always impressed.
Wonderful! Fresh and Clean. Loved seeing the kitchen in the middle of the room. Slightly loud, but quiet for Vegas standards. Had the scallops-perfection! Brussel sprouts are a MUST!
Great menu options. Good service.
A little noisy for conversation.
Wait staff was awesome!
Very nice high end restaurant with excellent food and good service. A bit expensive but every nice restaurant in Las Vegas is now expensive.
Absolutely no complaints about the food - the sea bass and pork chop dishes were excellent. Our waiter Favio was charming and was obviously working as hard as he could, but was over tasked with too many tables to see to. He dropped a tablet with cocktail photos and descriptions at our table, which was cool, but then was unable to return for an order for at least 15 to 20 minutes. He then also took our dinner orders. We asked for a little time to enjoy the cocktails but dinner and wine arrived before I could get halfway through the cocktail. Walking through the Bellagio is always lovely and with the Chinese New Year decorations was special. Dinner was great. It was the timing that was off.
Beautiful relaxing space. Great food and attentive service
Celebrated my birthday with a group of friends. We were seated in a niche that overlooked the action in the kitchen. It was so amazing to watch! From the moment we were greeted to when we left, the staff was fantastic. Quietly looking after us, never intrusive. The food was outstanding. No one was disappointed and there was a lot of sharing! Can't wait for a return visit.
Had a good time.
Most vegas restaurants are overrated. This one is not.
When I visit a restaurant I always compare the taste of the food by what I am able to do at home. Most of our meal was OK, and I could have made it. That's not good enough. We ate at much better restaurants in Las Vegas on our trip.
Wonderful we had my daughter’s birthday dinner Friday night the 17th. Lamb chop was out of this world so tender so delicious and the sea bass was so good. Love this restaurant
We were seated in a very special section. Enjoyed the view of the superb back of the house staff! Food was excellent, drinks were yummy and service was awesome. Thank you to Chef Roy and his staff!!
As always a smile upon arriving , prompt seating , great service even greater food and everyone from chef on down always a pleasure to see
