Our first time but definitely won't be the last! Service was great, nice atmosphere, and our meal was delicious. My wife and I are determined to eat healthier and this was the perfect choice - portion sizes were just right and the ingredients that went into our meals were fresh and so good.... You won't be disappointed!
Amazing food, service and server!
Food was cold. Fish was dried out.
Service was hit or miss. We do not think we will be back.
Our waitress was exceptional!!!
Upon arrival our party of 3 was promptly seated. Our server was knowledgeable and went over the specials of the day with us. At her suggestion we started with the cauliflower wings and the seasonings were just right. The entrée bowls were delicious. Our dining experience was very good. We will return to try more dishes.
The app I ordered at lunch a few days before came out tasting not as fresh at dinner as did the other items I ordered. This may be why the restaurant was not as busy in the main dining room. So my complaint is mainly about the kitchen. Everything else was lovely especially the service.
I always like harvest. I’m a vegetarian and they have a number of options. I chose the roasted vegetable bowl and while the vegetables were a good consistency in tasty in their own right I would recommend some more seasoning added to the ball as it was fairly bland. It could’ve just been a plate of roasted vegetables with no seasoning at all. I expected the bowl to have some sort of seasonings to help blend the various vegetables taste together.
The food was very good, and our waitress was very sweet to us. We enjoyed the pumpkin ravioli, the butternut squash soup, and the cauliflower and orange sesame sauce, the blackberry Mule lemonade drink, and the chocolate mousse dessert and the pumpkin cheesecake dessert cups.
Great restaurant. Incredibly varied menu with a wide range of prices. Certainly something for everyone. We were well served and quickly.
I took my mother here for her birthday. The staff was pleasant and seated us right away. We were both impressed by the menu selection which also listed the farms supplying the produce. Our waiter was great keeping the food and drinks coming without hovering. All in all, a great experience, and since this was our first time coming here we plan on returning again in the future.
Srrvice was AWFUL. Our waiter disappeared so many times we lost count. We were trapped waiting for our check. Not worth the price or the aggravation.
The short rib was a little too salty and the chicken was very dry. The pumpkin ravioli was great. The desert options were all seemingly too sweet so we passed. Mocktails were great.
It was an overall good evening that could have been better.
Ryan’s services and response time was great. He was attentive and great with suggestions.
I love the seasonal menu and fresh ingredients! Food is always so good!
Went for lunch, and the pear and Brie flatbread appetizer was great and perfect for enjoying a light meal — along side a small fall salad with kale. Our server was efficient and friendly. I would return.
Clearly the restaurant wasn’t staffed appropriately for parents weekend at Villanova.the service was horrible, just about the worst I have ever experienced.we felt like the waiter just started avoiding us because he knew we were getting annoyed
55 minutes between ordering and food. Not prepared for busy weekend that was well forecasted.
Fantastic menu and flavor in food!
Burgers are really good. Nice selection of appetizers for sharing. Great atmosphere.
Was optimistic based on the menu that there would be something for everyone in my family or vegans and meat lovers alike. And there was. But some of it was good and some of it was note. Marguerita flat bread was so-so. Roasted vegetable bowl was flavorless. Korean bbq chicken lettuce cups — chicken was so dry it was inedible. However the burger was good and the pumpkin ravioli was too. Desserts were terrific.
Food was great. Lots of choices. Nice ambiance. Would definitely go back again.
Good food and a pleasant experience all around. Good service and valet went out of his way to help.
Birthday celebration but no one said happy birthday..,😔
Good mac and cheese.
Google maps takes you to a spot in Berwyn 4 or 5 miles away; use Radnor Hotel as a destination instead; the restaurant is around the corner in the same building on the right side (as you fave the hotel)
Restaurant week menu provided a great opportunity to sample the fall menu. We had two good apps, delicious butternut squash soup, and two great entrees. Nice selection of wines. Overall a very pleasant experience!
Four of us were dining out for Villanova Restaurant week. It took 20 minutes before our drink orders were taken, an hour before some were served. When a beer drinker asked for a glass, it never came but instead, the waiter knocked over the beer while serving wine. After almost 2 hours, we got our main course. The appetizers had been served shortly before. It was very difficult to get any service with only 2, or maybe 3, wait staff which was strange since it was restaurant week and they should have been showcasing the food, service and ambience. We asked for doggy bags for the substantial leftovers. Well, that never happened. Food was accidentally discarded.
Honestly the food was fantastic but our waiter was new, untrained, and should have been shadowing rather than on his own.
The manager offered to send us home with replacement meals for the discarded leftovers but it was now 3 hours and we wanted to leave. It’s a shame we had such a negative experience but fabulous food. We’ll go back and ask for an experienced server.
I learned about the “77 rule”. If you have a good experience, you’ll share it with a few people. If you have a poor experience, you’ll share it with 77. My job is done here.
Harvest Seasonal Grill's summer menu hit the spot with my dining companion, who had the Summer Tuna Tartare and the Watermelon Salad with Scallops. I tried the Fish Tacos, but found that the salad additions overpowered the other tastes and am not sure I would order the dish again. The menu had many items that asked to be tried, so I am sure we will be back to sample the upcoming fall options.
Always a great experience here. It’s nice to eat out and eat healthy. I am trying to taste everything but, I am so hooked on the teriyaki rice bowl!
Best scallops ever (and we eat them all the time, all over the country). Trout special was also superb. Pot sticker and flat bread with pesto appetizers were good, but not great. Our server, Ryan, was amazing. He is a shooting star.
As usual, we had a wonderful dinner at Harvest. Even our Vegan granddaughter was pleased.
The food was delicious and the service was perfect--they checked on us, made sure we had everything we needed, confirmed that we were pleased, and then gave us privacy to enjoy the meal uninterrupted.
The food was absolutely delicious. Got the flatbread with chicken and it was way tastier than I imagined. The club salad was nicely flavored and the side dish of corn was delicious.
It is a NEW Harvest! If you haven’t been in a while or never tried it, now is the time. There is a new management team, a new chef and a set of new servers. This has turned into a GREAT result. The food was amazing...this is coming from someone who enjoys Michelin starred restaurants. The special, surf and turf, was cooked to perfection. Our server had a great personality, was attentive, but not too much, was conscientious and paid attention with the right amount of appropriateness and detail. We really were surprised by the difference. I think you will like it too.
We ate in the outdoor area. Very pleasant.
I usually love this place - the food is amazing - but our waiter last night was clearly high and messed up our orders. It took 15 minutes to get our drinks and he charged us for food we never ordered... I have honestly never had a worse waiter/waitress before. Really disappointed
We had a wonderful time! The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and we were far enough away from the loud band so that we could hear each other talk. You had a young lady who was a "trainee"; she and the waiter who was training her were wonderful--full of information, good humor, and service that was unobtrusive. We will definitely be back!
Went for lunch and had the BEST halibut EVER! My friend had the jumbo crab cake. We've been here many times before and will continue to come back.
I love the food and atmosphere and the desserts are delicious and perfect size.
We usually enjoy eating at Harvest. However Saturday night it was not crowded but the service was very slow. Also one of us ordered the Greek Salad with chicken. It was a very unsatisfactory Greek Salad. It seemed more like a garden salad with a little feta cheese. The other entrees were very good.
Harvest is one of our favorite spots to grab a healthy meal with variety. Always a pleasure.
I have dined at this restaurant multiple times but this was actually the worse meal that I have ever had. The maha maha fish tacos where inedible, very salty, fishy and not fresh. The sauce was fair and veggies not fresh. I was surprised how poor the food quality was since I have in the past enjoyed other selections. Don’t order this dish! The blueberry Moscow mule was fruit punch, little to no alcohol. The waitress apologized when she picked up my mostly untouched meal and gave me a form to complete for a free appetizer for my next visit. Not sure I will return.
