We have used this Harvester restaurant before, service was better on this occasion but the staff don’t really understand the need to register ones arrival via the open table booking system.
We have been to this establishment before, but this time the service was not as good and at 7:30 on the evening to have run out of baked potatoes and not prepared to process another batch is grossly unsatisfactory. In my day people have lost their job for less
We were a little disappointed. The children's meal was quite poor with the chicken being very chewy. We booked a table but the staff struggled to seat us and we ended up by the door which was drafty.
Good start to Cruise, coach picking us up the following morning.
