Hash House a Go Go - Mohegan Sun

This has always been one of our faves for breakfast and the food is still majorly awesome, but the service has definitely fallen.
We both had oatmeal with fruit, so good. I also had sausage gravy and biscuit side. Yum.
It takes a long time to be served here. Not sure why, cause there are a lot of servers. If you are not in a hurry, definitely go here and be prepared to wait but enjoy the food!

Not too sure if I would recommend to a friend. I made a reservation and when I checked in with the hostess I was told that we would have to wait due to the fact that they were short-staffed and were unable to clean the tables. The hostess was not very welcoming at all. Instead of helping clean the tables, she was decorating for St. Patricks Day. We waited about 10 minutes before we were seated right next to dirty tables. Our waitress came over 7 minutes after we were seated and told us the delay was due to the kitchen being short-staffed. Our waitress acted like she would rather be anywhere else than waiting tables. She was adequate but didn’t offer too much in the way of hospitality. The food took about 27 minutes to come out and tasted good. We have been to this restaurant a couple of times before and this was definitely our worst experience.

Love Hash House. Huge portions and always very tasty. I have never been disappointed eating here.

They had a mix up with reservations but they handled It nicely. We only had a small wait to be seated. Their food is always amazing!

I was so excited to try this restaurant. Was disappointed when we had to wait an hour for our food. Had plans to see a show which we were late to. My friend didn’t even get her food and another friend had a receipt stuck in her salad. Very disappointing.

Doesn’t honor reservations so be prepared for an extensive wait while the hosts dismiss you.

Amazing - my favorite breakfast spot of all time. Always enjoy eating there.

Chicken Pot Pie was delicious with enough for two. Meatloaf Blue Plate special was also great - very large portion but I managed to finish it anyway. No room left for desert.

The last time I was there was about 5 years ago....same stuff. Confusing menu, avg food quality, very poor craft beer list.

Ok, so the food was well seasoned and the prepared as we requested. The service though...... slow, inattentive...and less than mediocre. We booked this restaurant based on OpenTa on reviews however, when we arrived we were told they didn’t accept OpenTable reservations? I have no idea what the issue was BUT they had my name.. Advise.. there are plenty of other options for dining. In a pinch I would recommend ......otherwise go some place else.

Our waitress was new and did a great job. after an hour and a half of not getting our food, she came over and told us that her manager instructed her not to tell us what was going on but that the food "will still be awhile" after over an hour! it was quite clear there was trouble in the kitchen (someone quit, got fired, etc was the feeling we got). Three tables already got up and left. we were there for a concert, sat down at 6:22pm and were almost late to an 8pm concert and we never even got our food. the management was terrible- they were going to make our waitress pay for our drinks out of her own pocket if we wanted to leave and they never offered anything for the inconvenience, not even an apology. we paid for our drinks as it was not the waitress' fault nor responsibility and left without eating anything. management should have handled the situation better- or at all!

Food was good as always. Service was poor. Had to hunter her down a number of times and she was not very pleasant.

We went as a family and I absolutely love their chips and salsa. Highly recommend it.

The kitchen was very slow. Waited over 1/2 hr for dinner to come out. Seemed to be understaffed. Felt sorry for our waitress who was working so hard to wait on everyone.

We've had brunch here in the past but it was our first time having dinner. Everything we ordered was very good. Portions are large so come hungry or expect to pack some food home.

The chicken and waffles is off the hook. Portions are fantastic. Would definitely repeat and great after a long night at the casino.Highly recommended for the large menu and great food

Long wait for a restaurant that wasn’t busy. I ordered a burger cooked medium and it was very week done when I received it. And to top it off, my sister was charged $6 for two 4-6 oz cans of tonic water.

Food was greasy and tasteless. The only good thing about the meal was the server. Won’t be back.

I did not care for the fried pickles. The breading was very crumbly (thought not greasy at all) and would fall apart after one bite because they use slices instead of chips. The sauce was tasty. We enjoyed the Mac and cheese, the crab cake, the sage fried chicken, and the pork cutlet but nothing was extraordinary. Our server was great though.

Were shown to our table right on time and food was great. Our server couldn’t make any recommendations on the menu because she is a “really picky eater” and we thought that was very strange and a turn off. Besides the server not being knowledgeable about the menu, everything else was great.

We made a reservation and luckily kept it on my phone. The hostess was having difficulty with her ipad so I showed her the confirmation and was able to get the table I reserved. I recommend making a reservation. The waitress walked by several times and said that she would be right with us, 10 minutes later she came. She was very sweet but very slow, seemed inexperienced. We ordered the fried chicken salad and caesar salad which were large and delicious. We watched several different plates being served at other tables and they all looked great. I would probably dine here again but maybe sit at the bar to see if the service would be quicker.

No silverware on table. Food came out fast however follow up was poor.

Our waitress forgot some of our order then brought at the end of meal. We were there early in the morning and service was very slow.

the food wad excellent....service..not so much so I hesitate to reccomend. The restaurant was about 1/2 full so plenty of time to wait table and serve appetizers, drinks & meal in a timely fashion. There were only two of us, tables came after we did, ordered, served and left before we even got out main meal. It appeared as if our server really didn't want to be there. Sorry. It may be a while before we eat there again.

This restaurant is a good one to go to at Mohegan, you certainly get what you pay for. The meal portions are massive!! I was just a little bummed because I got a grilled cheese with bacon this past time and the bacon was still raw in the middle. Otherwise, my friend loved her french toast! I would go back next time I visit Mohegan!
