    鉄板焼きのシェフの方や店内のウエイトレスの方々は、サービスも全て完璧で楽しく美味しく素敵な時間を過ごせましたが、入り口の受付の男性の接客が最低でした！子供も怖がっていました。

    Very nice meal with a funny chef . We had a 4 and 6 year old with us and I have never seen my kids sit so still a dinner time. They loved watching the chef cook and the big flames. Would definitely eat again. Waiting staff also very friendly

    Ryu is by far the best Teppanyaki chef we have ever experienced. Not only is the food always outstanding and delicious, the total eating experience is always first class. We will definitely be dining again at the Hatsuhana Restaurant because of Ryu.

    Meats were good but we paid to get $20 worth of fried rice to feed our toddlers in one of our courses as there was minimal selection for their age group and we were only served very very small portions so we had to go elsewhere to feed the kids afterwards. So our $220 bill didn’t even feed our family. Wouldn’t go back.

    We dined at the teppanyaki table. Would have been 4 stars but a couple of suggestions. Noting we were a mixed group of people with 2 kids 3 different orders. If a single group on same order probably would have been ok. 1) always cook kids food first. Will be less whinging around the whole table if they just cooked that first. 2) steak orders should be cooked before the rice course otherwise those people just sit around for an hr with little to no food. Great show just need to tighten the sequence of food.

    This was our second time dining here. Last year when it was our first time we dined teppanyaki which was absolutely amazing. This time we opted to just dine at a normal table and couldn’t fault it either. Definitely a favourite for us. Staff and food is just outstanding. Could not recommend enough.

    Hatsuhana is one of the best teppanyaki experiences we've had. The quality of the food was amazing, the theatrics in its preparation was heaps of fun and the attentiveness of all of the wait staff was outstanding. We went to an early sitting, just my husband, son and I, and the energy still felt like we were there with a big group for a night out! The staff even surprised my husband with cake and singing for his birthday after dinner. An awesome night!

    Family of 4 with kids 6yrs and 11yrs, we all had a blast! Food was delicious and a good amount. Our chef was a hoot and made it a great night for all.

    Very good food and the waitress was very kind and helpful. Only suggestion is that it would be nice if the person at the reception reminded the guests, that if they are staying at the Resort, they have a 15% discount available.

    Delicious food, great service. We had the fried tofu, soft shell crab karaage, and gyoza for entree, and rib eye teriyaki and salmon teriyaki for mains. The crab and salmon were to die for.

    Overall a good restaurant, a bit pricey. Table service a bit slow and access to condiments, napkins and cutlery is sparse. However, the staff is very friendly. The food is so well prepared but unfortunately very bland.

    The waitress was very unhelpful in regards to allergies and my 11 year old daughter was burnt by the bowl of rice which she was told to catch and went all over her arms and lap. I understand that is part of the experience, however the rice was fresh off the grill and was extremely hot. We had a new chef who had only been doing this for 2 weeks. Maybe not the best idea…?
