Love this place! The food is always amazing and the service is impeccable.

Our family of six gathered here for brunch at a mini-reunion and celebration and was so delighted. I'm talking chefs, craft cocktail experts and general "foodies" loved the mix of Southern and Asian dishes on the menu. We later walked to the adjoining Whale for craft beers then to the Golden Pineapple for fun and creative drinks. Great block in West Asheville.

This place was great. Local fare cooked great at a price that is reasonable for the quality received. I took my 94 year grandmother here and it was a good option for groups who are mobility challenged.

Love this place! Drink specials are amazing and food is so unique and yummy. Wish they had a specific fryer for their gluten free side - this was problematic for one of our members but the waitress was very helpful!

We had reservations days in advance, and they still sat us at a table in the middle of the room near the front door on a cold night. There were nicer tables toward the back of the restaurant.

Great location and the poke bowl and Eggs Benedict special were fresh and delicious! Will definitely be back!

Haywood Common is by far our favorite place in Asheville. Service is incredible, all the waiters and waitresses are beyond nice and they accommodate with anything we need always!

Aside from a hiccup with getting our appetizer timely we enjoyed everything about the place and our food. Will come back next time we visit Asheville.

We had a great meal at Haywood Common! Service was excellent and the buffalo thai chicken sandwich was one of the best I've ever had. Atmosphere was very laid back and the menu was not pretentious. Will definitely be returning.

We had a group of 7. All of us ordered different items. I ordered the calamari appetizer. For $13 it was more greens than calamari. My kale salad with grilled shrimp was very good. Others ordered assorted burgers and enjoyed them. One ordered the country ham sandwich and did it was very good. We ordered a bottle of white wine and it was warm. They kept taking bottle to cool it then would bring it back and forth to serve throughout the meal. A couple of us ordered tequila drinks as it was 1/2 price tequila night. Thank goodness it was!! Our drinks were served in a very small glass and were $7. I would b upset to pay $14 for that little drink! Overall, we enjoyed the food, the service was good, but think bar needs to do better.

The fried chicken over garam masala waffle was incredible. My friend had the same and she loved hers. It was a quiet Sunday. Great place for lunch.

Haywood Common is my go-to place for upscale dining and cocktails at a very reasonable price.

It’s also my favorite spot for first dates for it charming, intimate, relaxed atmosphere. Such a nice alternative to spending triple downtown amidst all the tourism traffic.

But most importantly the food is excellent. It’s always fresh. They use a lot of local ingredients. And the presentation always exceeds expectations

Reserved a table for 3, three weeks in advance. It was a business lunch and I wanted to be sure to not have to wait for a table. The day before the scheduled reservation, I received a call saying the restaurant would be closed. The called blamed OpenTable for not updating their records. I don't know who screwed up, but this was disappointing and inconvenient. One of my fellow diners said this had happened to her once before as well. This is not a good business practice when you're trying to be a competitive West Asheville dining choice. My dining experiences at Haywood Common have always been well above average, but I can only recommend it someone who has reserved ahead, if THEY double check with the restaurant to make sure their reservation is valid.

Great, personable bartender. Great cocktails. The salad we ordered was good. The poke bowl would have been good if not drowning in the sauce. Nice casual ambiance. Will go back.

Wonderful! Julia was our server and she was amazing in every way. We had a great girl's night catch up and had a beautiful time. The food was so great, quick, and hot. The drinks were on point. Will be back soon!

Food is good when not busy. Homemade sodas delicious. Looking into the bright window sun the way the tables are situated puts the person opposite the table in silhouette so it's hard to see faces.

Most people will like this place. We were looking for something more upscale. You can wear a ragged T-shirt here. Everything was fine. Nothing special. The area around the host station was so sticky. I guess that didn’t help an overall impression.

Enjoyed out girls night outside on the front patio.

AMAZING food and drink menu- from someone that is normally pretty particular about food. Very much enjoyed the balance between more 'adventurous flavors' and also spins on good classics- something for everyone! Cocktail menu was also pretty impressive. The brunch was incredible, some of the best I have had in Asheville and the service was outstanding. Very cute and trendy interior/exterior patio as well.
