The food was not good. Steak was a cheap cut and cooked incorrectly. The Ceasar salad was good. Definitely would not recommend, especially for the price.

Hells kitchens steaks were delicious! I could definitely tell the difference of the way their New York strip steak beef was finished of at with carrots at the farm while having a great flavor and the filet was tasty as well! Great steak house! Delicious potatoes as well!!!

Food and service great! Atmosphere not so good. It was our 31st wedding anniversary and meant to be special. It was noisy and no felt like a cafeteria dining experience. Pricing was very expensive! After all the hype of wanting to dine there for many years, we were disappointed!

Beef Wellington was a little tough to chew for me however my husband loved his.

One of the better meals we’ve ever had! I had always wanted to visit HK being a fan of the show and it didn’t disappoint. The food was amazing! Being from a touristy town I expected it to be a little touristy but it was actually really sleek and stylish! My husband got the beef Wellington, which he loved, and I got the tofu scallops. As a vegetarian, I felt SO comfortable with the menu and was so impressed with everything! When we come back to Vegas, this will be a must-visit!

We had a Reservation for 10.15 pm. Two ladies at the reception of the restaurant didn’t say hi, welcome or something like that, just ask for a name. The waitress after 2 minutes said “are you ready? - Because the kitchen closes soon e there is no more time”. We ordered lobster risotto and half dozen of oysters and we were asking for the truffle risotto, but apparently the waitress didn’t know very well the menu and she said that truffle risotto and lobster risotto are the same things. The risotto arrived after few minutes and wasn’t a risotto but a plate of smash rice, over cocked. After 5 minutes we asked for the check. I will not recommend it to anyone. Bad service and terrible tourism food.

Very nice restaurant overall, Pricey due to being on the Vegas Strip so be prepared to spend money as is normal on the strip. Food was good

Amazing lobster risotto and beef wellington!!! Actually everything was beyond expectations. Our waiter, Charles, made the whole experience 10x better...catered to our every need with class. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

Overall, the food was great, service was just okay, and the HK experience didn’t live up to my internal expectations based on being a fan of the TV show. The kitchen refused to make any adjustments to the food/dish because as the server said, they’re “finicky”. I asked for a minor adjustment to my dessert and it was denied. Therefore, no dessert for me. We had our drinks, apps, entrees, one dessert, and paid the bill, all in under an hour. I was blown away as everything came out way too fast and there was never a moment in between meals. The server attributed this speediness to Covid restrictions, relating to mask wearing requirements. Either way, we had just put our fork down from our apps (Lobster Risotto and Scallops) and the runners were standing there with our Wellingtons. I’m accustomed to a more enjoyable timing of meals when I attend a high end restaurant as most usually take between 90 minutes and 3 hours depending on the number of courses. We just felt rushed throughout the whole evening and because the server explained this is usual behavior for the restaurant, we were just amazed that such a high end Gordon Ramsay restaurant would operate more like a quick service diner trying to flip tables. The other disappointing part of the night was two-fold, no one from the show actually works the kitchen here and the kitchen and the dining room look nothing like they do on the show. These are more personal disappointments, but if you were expecting some similarities, there weren’t any. We were thankful that the food did live up to the Gordon Ramsay expectation, but outside of that, very disappointing.

Such a great experience! Food was excellent. The lobster risotto was to die for, a definite add on! I would try something different than the Caesar salad. It was good but nothing to shout about. Loved the Beef Wellington and the toffee pudding was amazing! Great seats next to the strip made it even more memorable.

All expectations were exceed, very happy to have experienced this.

My husband and I had dinner for our anniversary. Food was amazing. Flavoring perfect. Wine pairing exceptional. Will definitely return on next trip to Las Vegas.

Our third meal at Hell’s Kitchen, second with table reservations. Each visit separated by one year. Luckily, Charles was our waiter the last two visits. I have 2000 characters but I’ll sum up the food, service and atmosphere in far less, Professional Culinary Perfection.
Hell’s Kitchen will remain on our ‘Must Do’ list for Las Vegas. If it’s not on your list, you are missing out!!!

The waiter, Charles, was fantastic and had some great drink recommendations. If you are a whiskey drinker, the smoked whiskey is beautiful. Unfortunately, there is a limited menu due to COVID. We will be going back when the regular menu resumes. The beef Wellington was done to more of a medium well with barely any pink as we were told it is more medium rare to medium. The pastry was kind of flat. However, the filet mignon, salmon, and the scallops were wonderful. The sticky toffee pudding and the coconut 3 ways were fabulous.

Be prepared to spend at least $100 (almost per person). Was the food delicious though?! Oh my god, YES!!!
