Hell's Kitchen - Caesars Palace Las Vegas
Made our morning after wedding brunch amazing!!!
Birthday. Menu limited but food was very good. Deserts and drinks were fantastic.
What a disappointment. There is no ambiance in this restaurant. Very cold feeling. All the dishes came out Luke warm or cold. We have to order Mac and cheese twice. And the second time the center was actually cold. Clearly nothing is made fresh. Felt like we were eating off a buffet.
Dissapointed. Beef wellington had soggy pastry, filet had a Bernaise sauce that had too much flour and had a skin on it. Lobster in the risotto was excellent however the risotto lacked flavour. Sticky toffee pudding cake was good but Mastros butter cake is way better. With so many great restaurants like Cut, SW, Joes and the pre theater menu at Le Cirque for similar prices I definitely wouldn't waste my time here. Will not go back.
Pricey but a great experience and great food! We went on a night Michelle was off - if you want to see the Hells Kitchen winner, I recommend calling to see if she's working.
I was a little dubious about eating here as I felt that it had mixed reviews and we had a bad meal the night before. However, it was amazing the atmosphere was lovely the waitresses and waiters were lovely, the food was amazing x the only thing I would say that is that the reception staff that greet you need to loosen up a bit as they don’t look very happy and can come across quite abrupt and rude compared to the rest of the staff. We really enjoyed our time though so thank you xx
We loved the ambiance and seeing Hell’s Kitchen
The soup and meatballs delicious.
I won’t recommend the filet, not a lot of flavor, tough and under cooked.
Fantastic! Dana is an amazing server and she made my experience special!
Off the chart great. As good as you hope it will be. Extremely friendly people in front to greet. The waiters and waitresses were also extremely nice, helpful and polite. It is a really pretty place. Not too dressy but not casual. Everything about it was excellent, and then the food came out. There was nothing that wasn’t excellent. The tuna tartare, the scallops, the lamb chops and then of course the beef Wellington which was absolutely insane good. Everyone should have to eat here at least once.
Fantastic experience, a definite must do in Vegas.
First time visitor. Have watched and enjoyed the show for years so we wanted to see it in person !! We were seated right at the front of the room facing the kitchen so we had a wonderful view of the chefs doing their thing! ( Sadly, we missed Gordon by a week as we were told by one of the servers that he had been there for a surprise visit!!)
Our waiter Chris was fantastic...when I mentioned that my daughter, who was present for the dinner, collected menus, he immediately announced he would have the head chefs autograph one for her ! We had to pay for the menu, which we expected, but having the autographs was an added bonus! He also gave her a Hells Kitchen pen and an autographed picture of the most recent winner of the show!
Two of us went with the 3 course prix fix meal for $80, which was definitely an amazing value! For apps we had the scallops; YUM! And enough to share! Of course the main course was the infamous beef Wellington, also amazing! And then the finale with the indescribably delicious sticky toffee pudding!!! Just to die for! My daughter had the filet mignon, so well seasoned and cooked to perfection. She had a side of cheesy broccoli, also good if you like broccoli and she finished with a deconstructed strawberry shortcake with a dry ice presentation and enough of a portion to feed the whole table!!
Drinks were yummy too. I went with the popular “Meet your maker”, a bourbon based drink with taste of strawberry and cinnamon and my sister had the Scottish kiss, small but packed a punch, with Scotch.
The staff were incredibly friendly, offering to take photos with the kitchen backdrop and even the chefs got in on the action with some photo bombings!!!
Needless to see, although it was our most expensive meal in Vegas, it was well worth it, especially if you are a fan of the show and Gordon Ramsey!
We were excited in anticipation for our visit there. Everything about exceeded our expectations. The lobster risotto was incredible, the caesar salad was fantastic, the beef Wellington was served hot and was amazing. The sticky toffee pudding was in itself an exquisite experience. The service was top notch and the ambiance was perfect!!! It was the highlight of my Vegas trip.
Hell’s Kitchen did not disappoint!! If you’re a fan of Chef Ramsey or the show, you’ll love this place!! The lobster risotto was everything I dreamed it would be!! My husband loved the beef Wellington! My only complaint is you can’t get the Wellington cooked at anything other than medium rare....but this place is definitely a must when in Vegas. Make a reservation — you won’t be able to walk in and get seated in the evening.
The service and food were excellent! It was casual (relaxed and not stuffy), but offered a five-star experience. For an appetizer, we had the lobster risotto and wings. Superb! Then, for the main course, beef Wellington and short rib. Both dishes had excellent presentation only to outshined by the exquisite taste. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and our anniversary. Our server provided us a complimentary sticky toffee (which was so rich!)
We could not have asked for better food or service. Our server was kind, professional and attentive. Though the afternoon was busy, we were treated with warmth and care.
As a fan of the show Hell’s Kitchen, I know Gordon Ramsey would be exceptionally proud!
I've been to Hell's Kitchen several times and the place consistently serves delicious food! Beef Wellington is my favorite and it was outstanding! So was the Chocolate Decadence dessert. The watermelon cocktail was rather tasteless but refreshing.
The only thing I bump into every time I dine there is the poor quality of their tables - they are always unstable and it takes a waiter several attempts to try to fix it, sometimes they do it, sometimes they offer to move you to a different table, this last time they were not able to fully fix the problem... however the waitress told me that the tables will be upgraded in the near future as many people complaint about this issue.
Overall - a strong A- !
Our meal and service were amazing. Thanks to everyone for making the evening so special
I’ve eaten lunch here twice and went back late at night for another sticky toffee pudding! Salmon dish was delicious! The risotto was tasty, and dessert was something I’ve never had before but loved it! Would eat it every visit! Staff is friendly, restaurant is beautiful! I highly recommend!
Just another food chain, for the price you would expect a personal service with good recommendations, here waiters will only come by to take your order hoping you decide fast to have the next guest sited or to finish the shift ASAP. Ordered Dry aged toma hawk they didn’t had any, changed to de dry aged New York steak medium rare and it was actually dry, no taste at all. My wife’s file mignon was the only good thing along with mac n’ cheese, guess I could have had that same anywhere else half the price and much better service.
Such an amazing experience if your a fan of the show or Gordon Ramsay, the food was outstanding and the service exceptional!! Would definitely come back.
Food so tasty, excellent service.
Love Gordon Ramsay 😜
This was a bucket list experience. Food was excellent.
Did the tasting and wine pairing menus, all quite good, but thought the scallops were over cooked and flat
Everything was great. Our waiter Ott was the best server, he made everyone perfect. The scallop and tomato salad i would say was sooooo good. Definitely would come back!!!
Food was mediocre
Fab service, lovely food. Server was very knowledgeable about the food. All in all excellent
My husbands 50th birthday
Fabulous all round :)
Even if your not a fan it will be a great experience. I loved it! I will definitely make it a regular spot when I come to Vegas.
I read reviews prior to booking assuming people didn't give decent reviews simply because it was Ramseys. Sadly lots of the complaints were correct. My wife was still eating her Entree when the main course turned up. It was luke warm at best, the Veg was raw and quite frankly disappointing. Sadly the complaints are basically the same yet nothing changes due to being a popular brand, this will eventually change when Mr Ramsey makes an appearence coming back as the big hero. The staff were very good but overall the experience for me was basically like a very expensive McDonalds with pre prepared meals rolled off a production line even the chefs looked bored with cooking the same drab food
Lobster risotto and sticky toffee pudding most amazing meal I have had in a long time. Trevor our waiter was absolutely fantastic, attentive, knowledgeable and very welcoming. Kudos.
As a Masterchef contestant & celebrating my wife’s Birthday the Overall Experience was Amazing EXCEPT the Hostesses. Need more proper training to execute GUEST Request. WE ARE CELEBRATING MY WIFES BIRTHDAY. They never informed our server at ALL. I had to ask our server for a candle which he also never asked if we were celebrating anything?! Overall okay experience and try to keep or inspect the outside Gas sign on. It turns on and Off whenever it eants. For the price point of the dishes you do expect perfection. Go enjoy!
Fine dining quality but massive potions! 2 out of 4 did the 3 course tasting menu, and the other 2 just ordered starter and men courses. By the time desserts from the 3 course menu came, the 4 of us struggled to finish the 2 desserts. The sticky toffee pudding was so good we had to finish it despite being stuffed!
Absolutely heavenly!! Very pleased!
The food was absolutely wonderful. I had the beef Wellington which was cooked perfectly, my husband had the chicken scallopini which was flavorful and none of the chicken was dry. We also had a side of Mac and cheese, which was by far the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had. Followed by the sticky toffee pudding for dessert. I can not describe how absolutely wonderful that’s dessert was. It was perfection. We will definitely be returning.
We went for my daughters birthday. The waiter was very nice, the food was good we had the lobster risotto and the beef wellington. The atmosphere is fun and interesting just like on the show. We were not offered anything special for her birthday however which is a little disappointing since most places at least offer you a small dessert. The dinning experience was good. We went back the next day to get a souvenir shot glass for my other daughter and the retail person was not available. I asked at the counter and was told they could not help me because it wasn't their department. Really??? I find this completely ridiculous and highly disappointing! Probably should make sure your guests can purchase things.
Food exceeded expectations. Just had to experience the seared scallops, beef wellington, and sticky toffee pudding that are such a large part of the show. Paired well with the beer (appetizer and main course) and coffee (dessert). Service was great, ambient noise was a little loud
OUTSTANDING FOOD!! It is what you go for!!
Service was phenomenal!! Professional as expected!
Gave a 3 on “ambiance” for one reason: wedsite states dress codes and they DO NOT enforce it!! I’m ok with a $600 bill for 2, if I didn’t have look around at ball caps, Jean shorts and t-shirts!!
It was great seeing a Hells Kitchen winning chef in residence as well (season 17, Michelle)
Had a excellent meal and the service was superb. Out waiter John was very attentive and made the experience special. Prefer this restaurant to Mr Ramseys Steak at Paris. We will visit again !
