Always a pleasant experience. Great steak

We had a wonderful meal—the cod was absolutely amazing and the wine choices were great. My only thought is that they seem short staffed so the people who are serving are running hard.

My cut of steak wasn't up to par from what i remembered from the last time i was there. I had a $154 ticket and i felt extremely disappointed as the steak wasn't cut or prepared right.

It was awesome - our waiter was very attentive and the food was great. The appetizers were especially good. after being cooped up from COVID this was one of our first group outings and it was very special.

We had the happy hour menu which is very good. Overall everything was great but wish my server had warned me about the campfire margarita that is very hot/spicy. I just quickly read margarita and not the details. Was surprised when he changed us for it.
I will definitely go back but read the menu a little closer&

Great as always. Service (Mallary) was exceptional. We didn't have to wait for anything and she was very attentive and friendly. Food was excellent. Only one suggestion for improvement, which is the bread, which appeared to be pre-packaged rolls, instead of freshly baked like most places at this level. Everything else was excellent.

Seems to be the place we go every year for my birthday. Food was awesome. Did have a mixed cocktail that I would not recommend. Waitress even mentioned she didn’t like it. Was overall a good time and bonus having a birthday coupon!

Had a problem that the management team took care of quickly. Great customer service.

Service was disappointing. Waiter hardly made it to the table and when he did he came across with an attitude that we were a bother to him to wait on. Won’t be back.

Had a wonderful Easter lunch but was disappointed in the Prime rib cut, it was extremely thin and small portioned, not what I would expect from a Steak House.

But again, we had an enjoyable time and will continue to patron their restaurant.

Food was cold. Waiter was slow and got our order wrong.

My food was served cool, my steak was too tough to eat Sent it back and received a less than tough but no flavor. My server was not attentive and just a disappointment all around.

Service was slow. We ordered 2 meals and added salads. One salad delivered the other not til we asked for it. No steak knife with wedge salad. Another wait. Needed salt, had to flag someone down. Never offered soft drink refill. Meatloaf dry and fries cold.

They reported I was a no show. I was there and had dinner on time.

The food was high quality and the service was very good. I will definitely frequent them since we recently moved into the area.

My wife and I and two other couples have made dining in a specific private room at the Hereford House in Zona Rosa an annual experience. It was fantastic again on March 27, 2021 for all the same reasons: great service by Sydni, unparalleled ambience and excellent food!!!

Good steaks. Have improved greatly over the last few months. Flavor has improved

Our server was great, as was the staff that delivered our meal. The food was tasty. The only issue really was with the front-of-the-house staff. They were not welcoming when we arrived, and when we were leaving the (very) young hostess was impatient with my father who is slow-moving. She was rude as he was trying to keep his balance, hold on to a cane, adjust his face mask and exit. She almost knocked me down as we were headed to the door. I am glad I was in her way and not my dad.

It was TERRIBLE. From the service to the food just awful. It wasn't super busy but our server acted like he had a million other thing going while he was talking to us. Then our "crispy pork belly" came out and it was super soggy so we didn't eat it. Then we waited 30 minutes for our meals to come out.... both plates were room temp to the touch our sauces had formed a "skin" on too of them so I asked our server how long our food had been up and he said it "literally just came out". So he sent a manager over. I asked for our check so I could pay and leave and they wouldn't give me a check to pay. We didn't eat a single bite of our dinners but I still wanted to pay.

Our server, Rachel was fantastic and the food was great as always.

Made a reservation online for 4 and requested a booth . When we got there I said we would be okay with a booth in the bar .
She took us through the bar and to a table in the back room . We don’t like tables , but didn’t complain . Then it took awhile to get waited on . Waitress was good when she got to us though. I think there was not enough wait staff . Food was very good

Service was excellent, as usual, food was amazing and great for the price. I’ve never been disappointed in the steaks, and I’m an excellent griller of ribeyes, so I don’t eat steaks out unless I’m here or at 801 Chophouse. Great place for dinner with your love!

Service was good. And, the food was good. However, it did not rise to a level that would justify the elevated cost of the meal.

Our entree took 45 minutes after our appetizer to be served. Patrons at a nearby were exceptionally loud.

Food was great, our server was very nice and attentive. We celebrated Valentine’s Day and it was a great experience.

The service was fantastic, and when your server is as pleasant and attentive as ours was, it made the experience that much more enjoyable.
The steaks were perfectly cooked, delicious and hot. Try the cheddar ranch potatoes. You won’t be disappointed!
We can’t wait to return!

Hereford House is, of course, a higher end steakhouse, so the food can be expensive. However, it was cooked very well and was delicious.

Best meal we've had in a long time. Our server Linda was outstanding. All food was tasty and served hot and as asked.

Overpriced for mediocre food and a dingy atmosphere.

We always love the Hereford House so we went for Valentines Day. The waitress greeted us right away, brought bread and drinks and took our order for the Sweetheart deal for 2. Our appetizer came out right away but then our salads were there minutes later so we asked if they could slow down a bit so we weren’t rushed. Well that was the last time we saw our waitress for about 30 minutes. Another waiter saw us looking around and asked if we needed something. We said yes, our entrees. He returned and said our order was coming up next, and it came out about 10 minutes later. The food was fine but we felt like the service could have been better. Will go there again but not on a holiday- especially if we can only get an 8:15pm reservation.

We had an amazing server who was polite and very quick when we needed anything!
