   Fantastical over all experience. Great service, relaxed atmosphere, amazingly tasty dishes. Loved the simplicity of the interior decor as the focus is on the quality of the ingredients with such a creative balance to the palate. A definite come back.

   We loved how every dish was so delicately prepared. The wine pairing was spot on and so unique! Our 8yr old had nothing but glowing reviews about each course. I would definitely revisit this restaurant at the next menu change.

    Don't let the approachable outside fool you because Heritage is fine dining without the fuss. The service is attentive and friendly but unassuming. The menu is left for you to refer to, but they explain each dish as they serve. The food is pleasantly creative, fresh and flavorful. All the flavors compliment each other. My personal favorite was the cannonball cabbage, a beautiful dish that reminds me of a Caesar salad and grilled artichoke together. My friend's favorite was the beautifully refreshing burnt strawberries to transition you from the steak to dessert. My only negative? That I want to do it all over again. Well done!

    Truly an amazing food experience! The way the different courses were made with various flavors - it was fun trying to guess the ingredients! We started with the caviar which was fabulous! I’m not a cabbage fan but the cabbage and polenta definitely won me over! If you are a foodie this is definitely the place to go!

    Heritage was an amazing experience. The environment makes you feel at home with the simple decorations and their very friendly staff. The chef makes sure the food is outstanding thru out all 7 courses (I definitely recommend paring the drink with the menu) and with a beautiful presentation. The occasion was our 5th year anniversary and it was perfect. We will definitely go back to Heritage for more.

    I didn't realize Heritage was fixed menu 7 courses only, however, we went for it and it was a really enjoyable evening. Definitely one of the best meals I've ever had. I don't usually splurge like this but it was fun & the food was delicious.

    This was a wonderful experience! I was in town for one night and a friend suggested we go here. I had a snafu in my travel plans and arrived an hour early. They graciously let me wait there. The food was wonderful with rich flavors. They were very accommodating of my severe gluten allergy as well! I will be back for sure!

    I did enjoy the food, alas the price does not reflect quality. I will start with the pros- service was superb, wine pairing was spot on, wait time was lightning fast. Sweet breads was possibly the best I have had in years. Cons- mushroom tart crust was very hard, scallop was slightly sour, octopus was tough and flavor was missing. For a local night out not bad but price was set to a higher standard. Again, sweetbreads are what salvaged a portion of the dinner

    I’m not a good critic or expert, but I have been admiring and loving food deep in my soul for over 30 years. Heritage now holds the top spot in my heart. Honestly the greatest assortment of food I’ve ever tasted. And the roasted cabbage changed my life forever. Unbelievable experience. Can’t wait to go back.

    Heritage has one of the finest and most interesting menus in Long Beach. It’s an absolute gem, with such a nice team, and such incredible cuisine. If you’re into tasting menus with wine pairings, this is absolutely for you!

    Loved it here! Our waiter and every staff member made our experience welcoming and delightful. My date and I felt a little intimidated being that we’ve never been to a restaurant like this but the staff made us comfortable. They explained everything which made us feel at home. I love to ask for recommendations when it comes to drinks and trust me when I say it didn’t fail here! The sangria is one of the best I’ve ever had!! Will be coming back!!

    I'm convinced the only reason this place is well-rated is because people have to justify to themselves having spent 125+ a person on mediocre food. We got the 6 course meal ($99) plus wine paring ($40). The wine paring was worth it-- it was great. The dessert was also delicious. However, the rest of the food was truly lacking. The duck was dry, the scallop texture was off, and most of the flavors just didn't quite work. It made for a bland, disappointing meal. The only good part is thanks to the wine pairing, we were pretty tipsy by the end. If you're paying this much, you're expecting something special-- and this was not it. This goes double for people like us, who aren't rich and are trying to celebrate a special, once in a few years, expensive night out-- there are far better places to spend your money.

    The food was great, the service was impeccable BUT there was a table with three very loud women. It made it hard to talk and it was our anniversary. Having said that next time we will ask to move to another room.

    All the food was good, but taking into consideration it's a set menu and each dish is singular and made to wow, it was just okay. Nothing was a wow, it's what I would expect from any decent restaurant. The service was okay but not up to par of a restaurant they are trying to portray. Napkins were not picked up and folded when you would get up to use the restroom, a couple times dishes were not picked up prior to the next dish, and the wine pairing was not the experience it should be, they didn't explain the tasting notes and why it was chosen to be paired.
