We had the 8oz Peppercorn Strip loin with garlic smashed potatoes and veggies. Delicious!!

We really enjoyed our dinner,always a great place to go for a night out with friends and family..

Everything was perfect to complete a perfect evening. Hobart's is great! I ordered the French Onion soup and it had a spice that I didn't like. They took it off the bill because I didn't eat it. I really appreciated that.

Enjoyed a quiet birthday celebration w my fiancée. Service was friendly and timely. Food was very tasty. Look forward to another meal.

Service was very good. Food was good but a over priced.
Not really a fine dining restaurant. Lights were to bright and all waitresses were wearing jeans.

Not a big fan of the new menu the steak tasted pretty good but was rather thin. The cheese fritters and the steak and potatoes were luck warm not hot. Would be better if they bought the steaks from local.

Great service and food! Our bartender was passionate about her craft, and our server was kind, informative and efficient. We’ll definitely be back!

We chose Hobart’s for our 3rd anniversary dinner, it was wonderful!
Portion size was very generous, flavours were spot-on through each dish, service was timely and our server was very well informed about dishes.

The only “negative” I can imagine was that we had no room for dessert!

I love the new menu yet miss my usual choice of ribeye with choice of salad or soup, seasonal vegetables and choice of potato. Nonetheless I still enjoyed a great steak and great service. Thank you once again for a memorable dining experience. I have never been disappointed with my meal and look forward to the next one.

Steak was good but my husband ordered the Kentucky Bourban Ribeye which was good but the waitress should have explained that the glaze was like hard carmel. It is crunchy. Otherwise the food was good. I had the peppercorn New York striploin which was very well prepared. The peppercorn sauce was shy, but the steak was very delicious. The red wine sangria was very nice, not too sweet as some places make it. Overall very satisfying.

We had an enjoyable lunch to celebrate a birthday. The compimentary dessert to share was wonderful.

For me there was to much garlic in my mashed potatoes. I couldn't finish them. My wife loves garlic and she also found it to be to heavy on the garlic

We had the Monday pasta special. It was beyond our expectations. Delicious and a beautiful presentation. Loved the garlic stick! I was too full for dessert but my dining companion had the cherry ravioli and as usual, did not disappoint! Service was great. Always a treat to eat here. Worth the 45 minute drive.

We were a little disappointment in the meal. It was OK but not great. The ambience needed a little work also.

Great experience they went beyond our expectations for service for being not very late taking our drink orders to start. Food was tasted wonderful. Will be coming back again.

Never disappointed. The service, food, and the friendly staff are always 1st grade. We will continue to make this one of our best choices to eat out.

The time between apps and the main course was extremely long and drawn out .

Had a great meal and noticed the care the staff took to keeping us safe. Would go again and really liked the new warm colours

We wrote that it was a birthday when we booked with Opentable but the restaurant did not say or do anything at all about it so why does your website asks if it's a special occasion

The new menu and look of the restaurant was stunning! Was our 3rd wedding anniversary and we had our wedding dinner at the former Peterborough location. Never disappointed and with the new changes, Hobarts is better than ever.

After hearing about the new renovations and new menu I was expecting something different.

Our drink order was messed up. I ordered a Rib steak and got a NY Strip, but the manager insisted it was a Rib steak. My wife ordered a Peppercorn NY strip and they brought her a surf and turf. Her steak was overcooked and the baked potatoes we both had were overcooked.

Never a bad meal at Hobart’s!!! The staff, chefs & management are fantastic & professional. Truly miss the ptbo location since that is where I live & think making the Lindsay location a bit more cozy feeling would be a benefit:)

The food was sooo good! We’ve missed eating here since the pandemic started. We were spaced far enough between the other patrons and there was hand sanitizer right as we entered the restaurant. Staff was still friendly as ever!

Nice atmosphere. The interior is brighter with the new renovations and the service / food was fantastic!

The renovations and new menu make Hobart’s as a pub and not fine dining which will be sadly missed

The was expensive and had no taste. I wouldn't go back there and I will not recommend anyone. That's how bad the food was.

The new menu had some great new choices!
We enjoyed the cheese fritters, French escargot, mile high meatloaf, and chicken parm. The sauce on the noodles with the chicken parm was amazing!!!

Food and service was second to none
The waitress was polite and provided excellent service
Manager checked on us several times and the food was delicious

Wonderful meal. All our steaks were cooked to perfection! Worth the drive from Ptbo. We will be back!

Four of us dined on a Sunday evening. Greeted immediately and seated. Drink order taken right away. Able to order when ready and food arrived soon after. Tenderloin steaks were perfect and shrimp platter was amazing! Friendly, efficient service. Enjoyable as always. No complaints.

Steak was tough, ordered the rib eye and it was mostly grissle
