Honey Salt - Parq Vancouver
Food and service good. On the pricy side for the type of food.
I took my friend in Honey Salt for her bday. The staff are so friendly and very accomodating. Our server , he is awesome. He recommend some food and wine that we might like. It was a good experience. Price is too high but acceptable. Food is good, nothing special. I love the ambiance of the restaurant and the live band. over all we enjoyed our dinner. Thanks Honey Salt
Afternoon tea is perfect. Took so many nice pictures. Will definitely bring my friend to Honey Salt again.
Very nice restaurant, but noise level was high - difficult to carry on a conversation without shouting. Other than that, service & food was very good. Thank you !
Took my wonderful lady out for a dinner after a solid month of work. I chose this spot since we’ve had nothing but good experience and service here with great food. Our waitress was great. Didn’t even ask for refills and she was there to refill our water. She was very polite and communicative to us two. Only flaw really was that we had to somewhat wait to call a someone over for a box or the bill, but it seemed like she was the only one roaming the floor.
Its the 4th time I go to honey and Salt.
I have to say that I had great experience in the past. At this time the restaurant wasn’t too full, i got served my water and drinks in a good time but the food took longer to arrive. When my girst course arrived it was salty and my and my friend couldnt eat, then they ordered a new one for us and took a but to arrive. So the rest of the meal came on time and tasted good. I did not receive an apology for the food being salty. Previously when something goes wrong, the restaurant make sure to come and apologize. To my surprise I paid for the appy. In my experience dining out, that was a first. It was my friend birthday. I would try them again but definitely will voice my opinion in the next time.
Honey Salt has wonderful food and a lovely ambience.
I was lead to this restaurant due to the farm to table indication. The menu was not explicit on menu details of freshness and which local farms in the area food is being used.
Food was excellent - a little on the pricey side. Our waitress was personable and attentive.
Our husbands left to go to the hockey game and so my friend and I stayed behind , paid the bill and I had a few sips of wine left. Our waitress and probably the manager came to our table and asked us if we wouldn't mind leaving the table. ( it's not like we had been sitting there for hours talking, our husbands had just left) We were very surprised by this request - the restaurant wasn't busy there were lots of tables left and as we walked out there was no one in line for tables. I have never had this happen before and both my friend and I felt this was a very poor way to end a nice dinner and evening out. We have been to this restaurant 2 previous times for both dinner & breakfast.. Not sure if we will come back.
Be aware when the server asks you sparkling water or regular water as they charge for sparkling water. I didn’t realize they were going to give us a bottle of Perrier and charge us $8 for it. The server brought second bottle without asking us first and we ended up paying $16+tax for sparking water in the end. Not impressed as other restaurants in the city offer free sparkling water. They should at least inform us if the sparkling water isn’t free of charge!
Food is not bad but little overpriced for the quality and quantity.
Not going back again.
Thanks! Great place, will be back again! Food was wonderful, service even better!
Food is great, farmhouse style restaurant with a great staff. Very friendly.
Pretty good food for price. Service was good and I would go back next time I am in town.
WENT FOR THE AFTERNOON TEA SERVICE.
IT WAS VERY BASIC. NOTHING GREAT ABOUT IT.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE JUST FOR TEA.
I HEAR THEY DO OTHER THINGS VERY WELL.
The portions are too small and the menu doesn't offer many options for vegetariarns.
Excellent Service and Ambiance! Great for a girls' night out
The food was fantastic (minus one appetizer). The ambiance was lovely. It was Valentines Day and it was very busy. The waiter was great. The food took forever. The apples came out 40 m in n after ordering. The food took equally as long from the moment they took the appetizer plates away. Luckily the food was worth the wait!
We returned again this year for Valentine’s Day and we were just as elated with our experience as last time. The food was expertly prepared and heavenly as always. Can’t recommend enough!
A bit overpriced for the portion size, for example 5 garlic shrimp for $17... and 6 scallops with a few pieces of cauliflower for $36. Beautiful restaurant and great service but you’ll probably leave with a large bill and still be hungry.
Food was great! Server did an exceptional job. I will come back here again.
Food was good, poor and slow service.
The food was decent but overall the place is too loud to have a conversation.
Very good food and wonderful atmosphere.
Every time I’ve come here for brunch, the service has been very hit or miss. It wasn’t very busy in the restaurant, and it was evident that our table wasn’t a priority. The server spilled water on one of the guests as they were pouring water, they forgot to ring in a smoothie that was ordered (we got this very late into the meal), and there was no meaningful check in. It was disappointing to learn that their fried chicken and waffles wasn’t being offered anymore. Overall, for a birthday brunch this was very disappointing.
Really really disappointed.
