sautéed chicken, andouille sausage and “holy trinity” (onion, bell peppers & celery) in stewed rice.
sautéed shrimp in an Abita Amber beer reduction sauce, served over jalapeño-cheese cornbread
deep-fried chicken breasts, country gravy, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables
Service was very good and so was the food
Gumbo, below average, sent wings back, worst ever, sent Jambalaya back, mystery meat and taste, burger was very sorry looking, Steak salad fresh and good, shrimp appetizer was good
The chicken & donuts was just gross. They first brought out only donuts - apologies & redo. Then they brought out cold, soggy chicken ( not sure if it was done) & donuts. I gave her back the chicken & she brought out more which was at least warm ( still not hot). The donuts were also meh. And the combination of the spicy bacon syrup, green onions & glazed donuts was just a bad combination. I regretted the choice, but I was literally staving off a headache with the meal, so I powered through. My husband said his burger was good, but was also lukewarm. If the server had not been super attentive, apologetic, helpful, and friendly, the entire brunch would have been a fail. So we tipped the great service & left hungry.
Food came fast and it was amazing service was nice
Food quality was poor. The Caesar dressing was really good. Shrimp & grits: shrimp was barely warm and sauce, too. Had the winds and the legs and flaps were so thin with very little or no meat. We noted birthday celebration on our reservation and we were placed right by the door with a very loud party next to us. Unfortunately, not a place we will go again.
The food was good, pulled pork sandwich was excellent. But the best part was our waiter, very attentive, helpful and funny! We were sorry to miss Matt Shenk, but we had a good time!
When I arrived they couldn’t find my reservation even though I confirmed it twice. The menu options have been drastically reduced while prices have gone up considerably. The food was bland and not at all up to the standards they have had in the past. I was really looking forward to a nice lunch out but was very disappointed.
Food was greasy and cold- no real ambience- don’t recommend
Significant Menu changes. Favorites were smaller portions and missing key ingredients. My Cobb salad was very small, missing ingredients due to menu change and apparent cost cutting measures. Presentation was lackluster,
I expected much more than a hunk of lettuce and a very small piece of chicken. I sent it back and didn’t reorder. Very disappointing.
Food is always hot. The food is always served fast
Fresh food and staff very good
Food is average to below average but pricey. Live entertainment in only some sections
Great brunch. Food was fantastic. Service was great.
My husband and I dined here for dinner on a Saturday night. Food was average. Service was friendly. Restaurant is located within Disney Springs entertainment complex and had the feel of a Disney park diner versus other House of Blues restaurants we have visited.
The food was delicious!
Great lunch, music entertainment as well while dining
Everything from start to finish was excellent. Gabriel was the best server we have had at any restaurant for quite some time.
Great service! Diego was awesome! Kind r our kids, patient a d food was great! Thank you!
The food is outstanding. Always spot on they way you want it cooked. We frequent this establishment very often and it never disappoints. Would recommend this restaurant
We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday. Our waiter, Heiner, was super attentive and friendly. Would love to have him again. Our food was good, as expected.
It was fun! The server was great!
Great food, service, and atmosphere. Would dine here again!
One of our meal was not good the fry chicken and Mac and cheese had no test. All other food was good.
Great food and service!
We celebrate our anniversary every year at the house of blues!! Thanks for another great experience!
I had the steak salad, son had Jambalaya, hubby had the pulled pork sandwich and we shared the Carolina mess as an appetizer. We all enjoyed our meals and the service was good. Reasonably priced for Disney Springs.
Great restaurant with happy hour all day until 6 pm weekdays. Try the Brussels sprouts even if you usually shy away, they are delicious. Outdoor patio dining with live music after 6pm most days. Great place!
We had a group of 7 . Staff was at tentative food was delicious
I was here with my family celebrating a birthday. Everything from outside bartender to the inside. Paper towels were out in one dispenser of bathroom. It's very small fit in the stalls also. Other than that I loved my experience here and will be back once a month.
Just go ...
Our server was wonderful but the food was fair to say the least. We should have known better when the server only recommended three items on the menu… Value was not great given the portion sizes. So many other better options in Disney Springs. Sadly, we will not be back.
Love live music but it was too loud. Made it hard to talk with people at my table. I don’t know why it had to be so loud.
Food was mediocre, the music was loud and they did not have various items like ribs.
I must say I was very disappointed with the food and drinks. It was my first time here and the only good thing I could say about this place is the ambiance. Alcoholic Drink menu is very basic and not too many options. Food menu needs a change and add a variety of food options . Everything was mostly red meat. Quality of food disgusting! Definitely don’t recommend for food.
Pulled pork sandwich was great. Hard to hear the indoor singer vocals over noise and chatter.
Best Server. Ever. The manager was wonderful, herself! Waited quite a while to be seated but the food was amazing and the service was spectacular. Music was perfect on a Sunday afternoon and it was a great birthday brunch for my husband and I!
OMG Amazing ribs….. I shivered from the instant hit of endorphins when I bit into the meaty and smoky fall off the bone ribs. Absolutely amazing.
Food was very good. Always nice to eat and have live music in the background. Our server was very nice abs attentive.
It was good. Food was tasty but not served hot. It was warm at best. I’m sure it would have been much better if it was delivered when it was done.
Great service, excellent brisket
