Delicious food and great service was had on Christmas Eve. Such lovely staff and very attentive considering it was such a busy day. Look forward to restrictions being lifted and returning for a lovely lunch.

Fabulous lunch

It just wasn’t particularly special, food tasted great but just found I had to keep seeking attention for service, which I got no problem but I had to seek it .

Great location after a lot of shopping good spacious dining area friendly attentive serving staff and good food ... a few more vegetarian options on the menu would make it perfect

Has been eating there awhile every 2nd Saturday. Use opentable cause it’s festive season just making sure we get a table

My family and I went to Hugh Brown's for Brunch and WOW did it blow us away. We were welcomed by friendly staff and were quickly seated in the gorgeous restaurant. The menu was filled with incredible options and our server happily answered all of our questions and offered great suggestions. The baked eggs shakshuka were delicious and the fried chicken was the best I've ever had!
The restaurant was very compliant with the Covid rules, which was very important to us, yet still had a great atmosphere. We will definitely be returning!

Absolutely delicious evening meal in Hugh Browns last week. Highly recommend the Duck Confit and Chablis, probably enjoyed one bottle too many. Great to be able to enjoy great food in a great location once again. Thank you to all the team

Booked Breakfast for 10.30am on Sunday morning however Brown Thomas does not open until 11am. Booking was still valid when we arrived at 11am.

Friendly staff tasty food overall and reasonable prices

We arrived at our scheduled time and were quickly shown to our table. We were there for my birthday lunch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was exceptional, both my husband and I had the creamy onion soup with brown bread and smoked salmon pate with a glass of white wine. The restaurant was busy and there was a queue of people forming outside, but the staff were very professional and didn’t rush anyone or make us feel under pressure to leave.

There are some staff are rude and not friendly.

Hugh Browns is my favorite lunch spot in town, the staff are so friendly and the food is a amazing. I can't wait for he restaurant to be able reopen again!
