The outdoor dining setup at Hugo’s was comfortable, safe, and didn’t affect the level of service you expect from Hugo’s

My steak was undercooked twice. The rest of the food wasn’t very good.

Our Hugo’s experience was utterly fabulous. Our filet and crabcakes were out of this world, and our server Kellan was awesome. Highly recommended.

Dined indoors. Very warm. No air conditioning?
Everyone we dealt with had a poor attitude. We won’t be back.

During covid restrictions guidelines were followed and able to enjoy patio dining. Great food and service. Wines were pricey for a bottle but ad to do it.

Fun to be back at the restaurant. They were very accommodating about seating us out doors, away from the sidewalk. The quality of the food is wonderful. But it’s not Hugo’s menu. It’s Gibsons which is very meat centric. I go to Hugo’s for the seafood and fish. I also find that Gibsons portions are huge! I can’t possible eat what they serve. I wish they had more appetizers and small dishes.

As always, Hugo’s was great. The food is excellent and the service is excellent. Ron was our waiter and he was helpful and pleasant. The busters are equally helpful. This is our go to place when we want something a little special.

It’s truly an amazing place! To eat and enjoy yourself. The staff are all nice and helpful, especially Kyle! He’s very humorous and just full of life! Will definitely make your time enjoyable!

Asking for more bread 2 different waiters - waiting for it for more than 10min

Asking for desert menu - never got it. After all we just asked for the check and left. Worst experience

We had Kyle as our waiter and he was fantastic. I'd recommend asking for his station if you're thinking about going here. My wife and I have been here MANY times but we went with friends that had never been and they LOVED it. And....they loved Kyle. Kyle's attention was an phenomenal as his knowledge of the menu and recommendations. We will definitely ask for Kyle's station the next time we visit Hugo's.

Crab cake was huge, FULL of lump crab. Almost no filler. Delicious. Huge shareable sides. Also, delicious. Salmon was just ok. Filets were perfectly cooked. If you are a dessert person, they are to die for.

Food and Service were quite satisfactory as usual.

been there many times . this visit was a disappointment sliders were a little overdone as was my grassfed ribeye ( ordered medium rare ,got medium+ ) service was okay not great we were seated promptly, orders, taken in due time, after that didn't see much of our waiter. took our leftovers with us and ended up giving them to a street person

Great seafood and steaks and can't beat the location.

Sophia was our server and was excellent. The food is consistent and the service is always super.

We went there for a birthday dinner. Food and service were excellent. You have to try the frog legs appetizer. The only downside was our table location was a bit cramped.

They shoved us in the back room that was stale, freezing cold and empty. It was extremely rude and ruined our dinner. The manager was not helpful and didn't seem to care.
