We drove half an hour to try their ADVERISTED lobster special, only to be told that they didn't have any. We were even early, arriving at 5 pm. It seems that if you send out an email to invite people that you'd have what you advertised. Felt like a bait and switch scheme. They didn't even have the beer that I tried to order off the menu.

You can't sell what you don't have, so we left.

Indoor dinner because of weather. I bet it’s much better sitting outside! The staff was excellent and the food was pretty good. Very very casual. Wobbly tables, etc. But good food and excellent service.

There was no social distancing, the food was warm not hot. Waitress was great. Water tasted funny.

Service, server, and food were great! Mixed drinks great, also!

Anytime I've been seated around the size, getting service is a challenge. It was better this time bc I promised a big tip. It worked. Just be forewarned.

Also, forget conversation at a conversational level. Anytime there's live music, the musicians insist on playing as if they're in-concert at Daily's Place.

Very good place to eat seafood, I doubt when we arrived but the food was delicious and a very reasonable price. Place to go back again.👍

Great local place on a marina, away from the typical tourist spot. Great vibe. Loud in a great way. Try the shrimp and grits.

Everything thing from environment to food was nothing great but nothing disappointing either. Typical tourist town beach town restaurant. Reservation wasn’t necessary and they forgot to acknowledge my appointment fulfillment to Open Table.

Server was excellent. Food was average. Ate outside. Definitely would return.

Excellent service by server and the food was outstanding. Really nice relaxing place on the water to eat and drink. Live music on the outside deck. Will definitely be back when visiting the area.

Kids menu says kids meal comes with milk juice or soda. When ask what juice was available server said pink lemonade. Server rang up on the bill 4 pink lemonades since kids had a refill each. I asked her about it and she said that for pink lemonade there is a charge. She removed to of them and the fountain drinks they charge for any refill as well. Unheard of in this country unless at amusement park or if it simply isn’t from a fountain.

We ate lunch and the food was great. We had a large crowd so we were able to experience a wide variety of the menu. Overall the food was very good & out service was great. We will definitely be back next trip to St Augustine.

It was just ok. Crossed off my list of places to try.

Chicken was cold, salmon was raw, burger was way undercooked, seafood salad just wasn't good at all. 4 meals... all terrible! Drinks, server and atmosphere was all very good. Bathroom was gross but view was nice. We came on a long weekend and purchased gift certificates but they wouldn't work and we have no internst I'm returning.

Service was slow, food was fair at best, drinks were okay. the one bright spot was our waiter, he was absolutely fantastic just had s*** to work with.

This place has a good relaxed vibe. Food and service are very good. Nothing fancy about HP but it’s in a scenic venue that offers live music and great drinks. Outside seating is the best, weather permitting.

My friends meal. Oyster breading was very hard. Table needed wiped. Air conditioner unit was dripping on us.

This place was worth the stop and I recommend the mahi tacos and avocado stuffed with shrimp/crab salad!

We were here on Thursday, 9.24.20 and I'm sorry to say "this was by far the worst restaurant" that we have gone to here in St. Augustine Florida. Someone had "highly" recommended it to us so we were very much looking forward to our evening out. When we arrived, the parking situation was very questionable. There were no spots available AND the restaurant was empty. When we got seated they wiped down the table and bench, GREAT but they left them drenched. We had to ask for towels to dry things up. Our servers "The A Team" were fine. Unfortunately, our drinks, a beer and a frozen daiquiri took over 20 minutes to receive. If the place was busy how much longer would we have to wait? We ordered a shrimp boil and a chicken quesadilla. The shrimp dish was huge but the sausage in it was different. The quesadilla was fishy. I ate one piece. The place has a dirty appearance and there is no music playing in the background which makes for a very quiet evening. I would be understanding to the slowness of our food and drinks being served if the place was even slightly busy. We would not return and we wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The food was ok, Enin the sever was great, but for the rest of the staff there was a feeling of unwelcomeness. We we're a party of seven, from out of town and the only ones there at the time. We stay because the server nice, it was late and we we're hungry.

Waited 60 min for dinner. They ran out of pickles and mashed potatoes. No straws when frozen drinks served and waited 15 min to get them. Drink melted. Ketchup took another 10 min and burger was cold by then. Wouldn’t recommend

I chose this restaurant based on reviews. I was not impressed with the food or the ambience of the restaurant. The music which was live on their patio was extremely loud. It was not necessary for the singer to be singing so loud and playing so loud since the area is not that large. You could not even hear yourself speak to the person next to you that’s how loud it was. I did not find the food appetizing I found it no better than going to a fast food seafood restaurant. I hate giving reviews like this but unfortunately this is how it was. I don’t think I will be going back when we venture to St. Augustine again.

They had a Maine Lobster special for $2.195 and I love lobster! It came with sausage, corn and potatoes...the 1 pound lobster was cooked perfectly! Hubby got the Shrimp and Grits and he really liked it!!
Our server, Cassie, was sweet, friendly and knowledgable!

We preferred to have a reservation following our escape room booking to avoid standing around and waiting at some of our favorite eateries. We also wanted something casual and basic. We had never been here before. It is tucked away. We thought the GPS misdirected us at first. It was pretty busy. Had a lively crowd. Their employees were masked The place was hopping. The hostess said they had to wipe down our table. The table was soaking wet when we were seated. It did not smell sanitized. I had to wipe it off with a few napkins so our arms and shirts didn’t get soaked. Ian was a great waiter. Dripping in sweat from working so hard. Drinks and food came quickly. Overall the food was fine. The burger was really good. Everything else was unremarkable but edible. Likely won’t seek it out again.

Our server was FABULOUS.
We had a lovely time and will be back.

For what we paid for our dinner we got a very small portion and was not happy about that at all

We waited so long to get our drinks, On top of that we waited for ever to get one appetizer, We ordered a dip that the photo showed came with a good amount of bread for 4 people we got enough bread for one person and about 20 tortilla chips absolutely hilarious not in a good way, My wife's meal included oysters and they gave her none, The pot roast and carrots tasted a week old, We will never go back. I wish the rest of you good luck.

Service was slower than expected- not food but the drink reorders

Delicious shrimp boil with a sea shanty vibe. Nothing too fancy and in need of a few fixes and updates to the building, but the food was good and a bargain given the serving size. Plus outdoor covered dining for the Covid era.

Awesome, I ordered the Seafood Bucket which was loaded and delicious. The Manager came by the table and checked on us him and I start talking football and then he made sure our Food was right. We go to St Augustine every year and this is a stop we always make. Great Job

We had the Maine lobster boil and boy was it good. Our waitress was awesome! We had some peel and eat shrimp. Yummm! I wish more people cared about social distancing but they tried. Bless their hearts.

Food was wonderful and the atmosphere on the back deck cannot he beat!
