Hurricane's Grill - Circular Quay

Nice quiet place to get your Hurricanes hit. Not as busy as the others but the food is just as good.

Service was awesome. We arrived early to our booking we were seated immediately orders for food and drink taken very soon after and food was served very quickly

Thought I'd try this one after I visited their Brighton Store. Food was just as good and the staff were lovely. I've never tried the garlic mushrooms before so I gave them a whirl, very nice.

Food was wonderful, service was great and the view was amazing.

Service was average, never got water despite asking for it and drink service was slow despite seeing them ready up on the bar for a while each time.
One steak over cooked (not crash hot for a place know for meat and ribs), but all in all an ok time. Not really worth the price with average service.

Everything was great except we (a couple) were placed next to a table or 15-20 young adults / teenagers probably would have been nicer in the main part of the restaurant without all the noise in a confined area

If you're getting the buffalo wings, get the Louisiana ones. You get 8 instead of 4 for the BBQ ones. And definitely go for their ribs. It's what they're known for!

I’ve had some fond memories of hurricanes over they years but was bitterly disappointed by how dry and tough my full rack of pork ribs was.

We came here for dinner on a weeknight. Covid safe, tables were clean, diners spaced out and staff were friendly and attentive.

We had ribs combo. Servings were generous and tasty. Food was served quickly. Nice table with a good view.

The meal was fantastic. The steak was so tender and cooked to perfection. Staff were working extremely hard and did a fantastic job. Will definitely be back!

The service wasn’t bad it was just the fact that they forgot to put our order through for our mains which was a bit annoying. No compensation for the inconvenience was offered. We paid for our drinks and entrees and had to go as we waited a considerable time before a waitress wanted to take our order, again.

Had a fantastic lunch here today. They had a very reasonably priced lunch menu for $25
and you get 20% off all alcohol, so I had a few sneaky beers before going back to work.
The young lady that served us was also wonderful, very helpful and attentive.

The steak is lukewarm and too salty. Had a bad sore throat after the meal for 3 days. Not recommended.

A nice quiet location to have a good feed. Amazing ribs and cocktails. Would definitely recommend. Also is not too busy at the moment so plenty of space to sit and enjoy the view

I've eaten at hurricane numerous times and ordered the pork ribs. This time round the meat was tough and felt dry. Perhaps it was left out for too long. I hope you this doesn't happen again.

Excellent lunch menu on a Friday in Circular Quay.

Beef ribs were very ordinary. Not at all worth the $55 for a full rack.

Table service was ok. However, got threatened with being kicked out for briefly conversing with another table. Strange given the individual threatening was standing well less than 1.5m from our table and lingered much longer than necessary. I understand restrictions are in place but to treat customers with disdain when staff are barely adhering to their your own covidsafe plan is hard to accept. If Hurricanes was genuinely concerned for staff safety then face coverings and other PPE would have been in use.

Would recommend darling harbour if desperate for hurricanes. Too many good ribs joints in Sydney to be treating paying customers like that.

Hurricanes is a great place to eat, we love the darling harbour restaurant, and now we have tried the Circular Quay restaurant and that was great as well.

Very nice staff and management who treated myself and my family very well.
You have to wonder though in this location will they survive. It’s practically 10 metres from the best view in Australia but totally impeded by the train line.

We arrived 15 minutes prior to our booking time and were welcomed very warmly by staff at the front counter. When we informed the staff that we now have 6 people attending instead of 8, we were offered better seats which provided a view over the harbour. The staff also allowed us to stay longer than the end of our booking time (which was originally supposed to end at 9:00pm) and this was very accommodating. Staff even assisted in storing the birthday cake in the fridge, lighting a sparkler on it and singing Happy Birthday to the 2 birthday girls present. This was fantastic.

The food was also delivered very quickly (in about 10 minutes) and it tasted delicious! There is only one minor improvement which I would suggest. Closer to the end of the night, one of the staff came to me and asked if I was ready to pay for the bill before we had even eaten the birthday cake. For the future, it would be more helpful if you could either wait for me to ask for the bill or wait until we have finished eating dessert (or cake) before presenting me with the bill. Thank you very much for letting us split the bill! I have now been to Hurricane Grill Circular Quay twice and I will definitely consider returning for future special occasions! Many thanks for hosting us and providing a great night!

For the prices they charge the food was mediocre. I ordered sautéed mushrooms and they brought me a paste. The ambiance is non existing, on an office building and very plain, no table cloths or cloth napkins.

Starters Mains and Desserts were excellent.
Ribs and sweet potato fries are the best.
High recommended.

It was not what I expected as Hurricane's Grill in other chains. It's just available to make a booking later than other chains.

All thing is Nicer than what i expected.
Hope to be back to soon.
