Usually the ribs are wonderful but tonight they were tough and hardly any meat.
Cocktails were amazing.

We thought the place looked pretty dull and furniture and look of the place could do with an upgrade. Just seemed very cheap place to look at from the eye and with a quite big name as hurricane as it is a chain restaurant it could do with a refurb to live up to the price and name. Food was ok but again very basic with no salad and thought think the cut of sirloin wasn’t a good one and cooked pretty bad as well

The starters came out pretty fast but there was a hour and fourty five minute from when we recieved our starters to when we recieved our mains. When we asked about when the food was coming we where told we where next but the waiters where still serving other tables 15 minutes after we asked when the food was coming. The waitress serving us seemed not to interested in coming and asking if we needed anything and when the mains came they where cold. It was as if they where trying to punish us for asking when the mains where coming out!
Ribs did not disappoint. Great view and staff were extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

Poor service. Refused to have kitchen cut burger in half. I don’t see this as asking too much. Burger taste is great and was the highlight. Pork ribs too dry, not warm enough, meat too tough. Brighton is very inconsistent. Can be amazing or poor. This time, was poor

Food was great! recommend the beef ribs with a Mediterranean salad on the side. Staff were friendly however could have been more prompt with table service. Overall nice place to go on a special occasion (make sure you get the ocean views)

Waited 10 mins for the table even though we had a booking and if we were 5 minutes late they would charge my credit card. Food was pretty good and nice view.

Fantastic food at a great price. The location is amazing with great views from any seat. Our server Paola was incredible and really made the whole experience even better.

First time trying this seaside venue, been to Darling Harbour a few times but didn't even know they had this one. Very helpful staff and the food didn't take too long considering how busy it was. Would recommend the Louisiana wings and the rib-eye on the bone.

Fantastic place. Ordered the big rack of pork ribs and was not disapponted, they were huge!!! Our waitress Paola was wonderful too, did not let us down.
Would definitely recommend.

They went from $27 for a full rack of ribs to $60 a rack and the quality of ribs has dropped completely.
They need to at least include salad as a side in their plate. The presentation was not great when you are ordering meat and fries (salad is alternative option and not included). The price is more on the expensive side and you would go because of the beach views.

Ordered 1 Burger and 3X Steak, 30 minutes later only 2 X Steak and 1 Junior Burger.
They offered to make another order for Burger and 1 steak, come on man, we already waited for 30minutes and did you expect me to wait for another 30 minutes?

I called the restaurant because we were running 10 mins late . As the traffic was terrible . When we arrived at the restaurant our table wasn’t even ready we waited 20 mins for our table , even though we made a reservation.
We waited 1.5 hrs for our food to arrive and my steak was really cold . We ordered drinks from the waitress , she responded I can’t take your drink order, I’ll send someone else ,we waited 30 mins yet no else came to take our drink order . I asked one of the waitress if we we could split payments and she responded yes ofcourse, unfortunately when we went up to pay the bill they only said we could split it three times . That’s honestly ridiculous,
Let us know before hand if that’s the case . We will never be coming back to this restaurant again .

We had a booking but was made to sit a good 20 minutes for a table even though they noticed my partner couldn’t stand properly after hurting his foot that day.
Was asked to sit on a random seat next to front desk whilst we watched group after group get placed before we did.
Booking was at 5pm we was seated at 5.20pm.
Area we were seated in was freezing, the air con was on full whack and was asked to move but wasn’t allowed.
I could see other close by people shivering and holding themselves.
Food was good but service was a little slow and was uncomfortable with the temperature.

Should have known from the poor reservation service that this was nothing more than another boring generic joint. The wings were good but nothing else. Won't be going back in a hurry.

And why is there a taste difference between the food at Bondi and Brighton!! I undesrtand the chefs are different but isn’t this a franchise based company!!! if so, the menu and taste should be at least similar, if not, the food we ordered last time tasted like rubber!! thank God two slices of lemons were our saviour but still could not finish the whole food. Can’t think of a better desciption, sorry.

They are very serious with there Covid procedures which is great to see.

Yes this was also brought to the staffs attention and we asked her to take them away. Also then created a sick feeling in my stomach of the palte condition was which our food was already on top of.
The food was nice and good sized servings, however, it was a little overpriced. We were kept waiting to be seated at our table and it did not appear that the company's reservation policy was being adhered to. Our party was early for our reservation and we were kept waiting well past our reservation time. We found the service to be quite poor.

Ribs are off the chain, it’s a bit on the expensive size but when foods that good it’s ok.
I was there last night, 30th october for a Surprise Birthday Party!
I made an early booking with Open table for 7 pm. I had left specific notes that this is a surprise party and if you could kindly give us an empty table for 2 first and later on move to a bigger table when everyone comes in for the surpise.
Reached there 10mins early.
The front staff member Laura was i frist person person i spoke to and tried to explain Again. She couldn't understand anything i said and was remotely bothered to view my booking details. I requested her again and she told me we dont have sufficient table. I requested her again as i could see the other half of the restaurant had so manyyy spare seats. Regardless when the time came for seating another the male staff member took us to the table for 7and the surprise was ruined. And 10mins in another male staff member asked us to move to another table...clearly now moving was not an issue!
Then the third team member comes in and asks me if i am here for the surprise party again now in front of the birthday guy for whom the surprise is!
I planned this surprise for weeks and it took your team to ruin it in 10mins.
At this stage i wanted to speak to the manager the front male staff said he is the manager and that laura is new she doesnt speak english too well so they are really sorry and offered a bottle of champagne.....beacuse this will just magically make everything alright now.
Why do you have front staff who cannot speak or understand english?
If your staff could move our seats afterwards why was it so difficult to do this when i requested it for the surprise!
What was the point of booking with instruction when your staff will not bother to read it?
My whole event was ruined! You need to realize that you are not only selling food...people come to restaurants also to celebrate memorable events.
Regardless of this terrible service we stayed and paid a total of 371dollar. And what do i have in memory? is the worst service i got
