Husk - Greenville
We ate the last night open before Covid - 19. Small crowd, great service, the food was served hit and on time. Highlights were the sourdough cornbread, grits, vinegar slaw and pimento cheese appetizer.
Service has been iffy the last 3 times I've been there. Bad attitude, can't find them, etc.
This is not the Husk of Charleston. Menu was relatively uninspired with only ok execution at that. The one outstanding exception was our sommelier Kristy. Her service was above and beyond.
Beautiful building & decor, amazingly attentive service. Unfortunately we did not feel the food quality was parallel to our expectations.
Sam was excellent. I highly recommend him and Husk to others.
The service was wonderful! Sam was our waiter and we did not want for anything. I was disappointed in some of the food. I ordered the fried chicken and it was way over breaded and over cooked. The chicken was dry and tough. My collards were way over salted. The grits were amazing and so was the pimento cheese dip!
This place is about the food AND the experience! So relaxing, not rushed. Our server, Brett, or Brent?, was the best! Knowledgeable about each dish and gave awesome recommendations.
Shrimp and grit as I have never tasted. Not usually a fan of grits, these won me over. Delectable! Server was sincerely friendly, quick and knowledgeable. Had a great evening before the show!
Fantastic. Great service, friendly staff. Delicious locally sourced food.
All-around FABULOUS dining experience! Interesting menu choices, great service and really cool, historic building which houses the restaurant.
Peanut Butter and coffee were delicious!
I’ve never been to husk before. The bartender Kat waited on us in the lounge and she was terrific. The hostess greeted us And got to see it almost immediately. The food was tremendous, the smoke old fashion was terrific, whole experience was wonderful
Great food and service. Atmosphere and menu were the highlights for me.
We had high expectations after being at the Charleston location. Our meals were good but not memorable and unfortunately the pork chop that my husband ordered was extremely fatty. The drinks were also very expensive with one sav blanc potion that was $14 for a small pour. I don’t think we will be back.
Been here a few times and always loved it! Put on open table it was my dad's birthday and they had a personalized menus for him! Great service great food overall perfect lunch or dinner spot.
This might have been the best restaurant meal I have ever had! Everything was so fresh & well prepared. I will definitely go back when I am in town again.
Amazing meal. I loved the pimento cheese and crackers
Great service, great food! Had us to our show on time. We will be back!
Our server was amazing and very attentive. Unfortunately I cannot recall her name to give her praise as she did an outstanding job. When she found out that we were celebrating our first anniversary she brought us champagne to celebrate. The drinks were amazing, my wife will not stop raving about the smoked old fashioned and its presentation. We will definitely be back!
We enjoyed Husk for the first time this past Sunday for out Girls Brunch!! Foods was amazing , drinks as well!!! Can’t wait to come back for dinner!!
We were celebrating a relationship milestone, and the staff were excited to help us with that celebration. It was a perfect evening.
The wait between ordering and getting our food was so bad they gave us our app free. When the food came it was delicious. I have watched my husband talk to the sommeliers over the years but this lady was unfriendly aloof and arrogant. Would not recommend this restaurant at all.
Fabulous food as usual but our server was below average and I usually have very good service.
Had a wonderful evening. Great duck, and shrimp and grits. Server and somm were perfect.
Always consistently excellent. Superb service food, and ambiance.
The service at Husk was awesome! Shout out to the waitstaff for making date night awesome :)
Our server, Lauren, was so kind and informative. The food, as always, was delicious. Those fried chicken skins are what dreams are made of. The shrimp n grits are like a transportation to an ideal southern day. The world literally stops when you take that first bite.
