Such poor quality food for the price. Seating was not comfortable. Drinks weren’t even cold. Will not be going back.

The food was really good. It was very busy so service a little bit slow but not really a problem. Staff were attentive. The only thing that disappointed me was the limited menu. Online their menu is extensive however a lot not available on the night. We were told that it varies at different times of the week but when I look at a menu on line I like to be able to order what I see. Being fully licensed it made having a couple of glasses of wine expensive

The place is clean and adhere to COVID safe rule. Food was delicious.

It's a decent place for casual meals, but that's about it. Menus available online were outdated so we were disappointed to see the limited selection on their ipad menus.

Quick, delicious and clean - a great 'before-the-movies' dinner!

A delightful surprise at Burwood. Food and service was good.

This is a nice restaurant with a menu selection to cater for varied palates. We decided to dine outside as it was a warm evening (although not a huge fan of the bench table style of outdoor seating and climbing in and over the bench seats which are attached to the table).
Ordering is placed electronically on a tablet provided on your table (No instructions for use were given). This was rather frustrating having to pass the tablet between 4 people rather than have individual menus to peruse and decide. This made the decision process take longer than usual as we had to wait for each person to browse and decide before passing to the next person.
We also had issues trying to remove items added and accidentally 'placed the order' without actually completing it. After calling for assistance via the tablet at least 3 times, one of the Bento plate arrived along with the sushi which we wanted to delete and change to another option. By the time a waiter came to our table, it was too late to change anything.
We hadn't completed the order for the other 3 meals so one person had their meal before we all completed our order.
I was disappointed that a mixed selection of nigiri/sushi was not offered on the menu.
The biggest let down was the ordering process resulting in one meal served while others had not ordered. The food was good and well presented.
I would still consider dining here again - just need to physically get up to alert a waiter if there is an issue during the ordering to ensure the order can be halted in time.
Overall, it was a great night out due to the company.

Not much atmosphere and the menu was ok but not the best Japanese food I have seen for the price.

This is my second time visiting Ichiro. Tasty food, good ambiance and friendly service, as always. I will definitely come back again in the near future.

Food is always amazing, and staff super welcoming.
This was the first place my freind and i chose to go after lockdown ended and as usual it was fabulous.
The food is the closest ive found to eating in Japan and the ingrediants fresh and portions generous.

If there were more options for the dinner menu it would’ve been 5 stars for everything. Very limited menu for dinner but overall was amazing!!

We had a lovely time. the staff were efficient the food was lovely. The restaurant was full with a good atmosphere.
