III Forks - Jacksonville

My husband and I went there for my birthday. The service and food was great. We sat near the bar and it was a little noisy, but not too bad.

The food was very flavorful and cooked exactly as requested. If you have not had the corn, it is a must on your next visit.

Fantastic atmosphere .
Various areas to dine and each one has its own atmosphere and energy.
Service was amazing.

Hostess got into a nasty fight. Not a good first impression.

30 minutes to get a Btl. of wine. 2 hours to get entrees. The excuse was that they were overwhelmed with delivery orders. Not sure what the wine had to do with that? However they control how many and when they accept delivery-takeout orders. I have dined there many times and have always had great experiences. This one unfortunately was terrible and your "only as good as your last ball game!" The next time I want to spend $300 I will consider other options.

There were 6 of us there for New Years Eve and our food was wonderful. Our sever was not so pleasant when we were seated . She told us she fractured her leg that morning on her horse trailer and had to work that evening because she had just spent $500 to repair her trailer. She could barely walk and didn’t seem to care if we had a pleasant evening because she was in such pain . It really put a damper on our planned wonderful evening . Very Disappointing... since I brought 4 others that had never been to 111 Forks

We absolutely love III Forks! Perfect setting for a delicious meal. Their chef and staff are wonderful.

Everything was excellent except for the lobster mac n cheese. Please take it off the menu. First time having wagyu and it won't be the last. Flight of wine combined with the steak was a match made in heaven. Will come back for more

Excellent food. The sea bass was the catch of the day and it was extraordinary. Both my wife and I had it. I was disappointed in the service. We usually go here for my wife’s birthday. The have always brought a special little dessert to make the dinner perfect. This year they acknowledged her birthday when we arrived because of the reservation but that was it. Great meal but this was a bit of a bummer.

Food was outstanding, server great, all good. will definitely return in the future.

Visited for wife’s birthday. Expected it to be pricey but the food quality could have been better. Could have visited other steak restaurants and received much more for a lot less. The service was exceptional and the ambiance has to be what you are paying for.

We love coming in to see Pete and the rest of the staff. Service and food were flawless.

The staff went out of their way to make my birthday special. The food was all prepared and served to perfection. My wife had the fish special, and she said it was the best she’d ever had there. Thank you!

Had several great experiences at III Forks previously, but was fairly disappointed in my visit last night which was for my wife’s birthday. The restaurant was not busy, but the food service was slow. The $90 special aged steak was supposed to be extremely juicy and tender, but was quite average.

Horrible experience. I’ve never left a restaurant before my meal. The server couldn’t tell us the difference between a $50 steak and a $200 steak. Had to request a new server and they still messed up our order. The baby never got fed. We left hungry!
I had the best experience at the Dallas location so this was extremely disappointing. I will never go back.

Incredible experience. Our server, Jessica, was incredibly personable and knowledgeable. The bone-in-ribeye was the best I’ve ever had and the bread pudding is a M U S T! Can wait to dine here again!

I found you guys online and decided to take my husband out to an from what the internet says to be a great restaurant. The images online were outstanding. We like to look at images of the food to see if it's something we will enjoy.there were so many pictures of dishes that looked so good. Well we get there and none of the appetizers we seen could be found nor many of the dishes we say. The waitress told us when asked that they are still using their covid 19 menu. Which really sucked. The fish of the day which I ordered was very undercooked. My husband ordered pork chops that had all these different tastes that wasnt explained like most 5 star restaurants explain their dishes. So we thought ok atleast they have choc cake. Well we ordered the cake and didnt know that it had coconut on it.because they dont have a dessert menu to describe the dishes that u might be interested in. So when the waitress came back me and my husband told her that we were not aware of the coconut being on the cake.that we dont eat coconut. And do you know she wouldnt even take the cake back. So not only did we only take 1 bite from our entrees but we didnt even touch the cake once we seen it had coconut. And we paid 200.00 for a birthday dinner that we boxed up and never ate. We did enjoy the bread though... so the menu could be better.and the wait staff could be a little more trained on their dishes and customer service if the restaurant is gonna be that expensive. I walked out so embarrassed that my husband didnt have a dinner and I was out of 200 bucks for literally nothing

Cold food , tasteless and way overpriced for the overall mediocre ambiance experience- good service but would not return - disappointing.

Everything was perfect from the greeting through out the meal.
Social distancing was completely structured and the staff was exceptional.
Our server was the most polite, well-mannered, professional individual we have ever had in any establishment anywhere and it was a pleasure.
Will look forward to dining with you folks in the future.

My wife and I are doing a once a month date night with restaurants we have not visited. This is our third monthly go at it, and the most impressive by far. Food (fillet, asparagus, mushrooms, etc.) was the best we have had (compared to Morton’s. Ruth’s Chris etc.). The wait staff was very attentive to us and our anniversary as a a “special occasion. Very I tune with C-19 precautions, while still maintaining ambience and attentiveness.

We stayed at the hotel indigo, which is a 4 minute stroll down the cobble stone path.

I find it hard to believe we will find a restaurant that could compete with this, but the search continues next month!

Amazing anniversary.

The food was absolutely delicious.. Don’t be discouraged cause of the price cause the amount of food you get along with the quality is well worth it. Me and my wife got the bone in rib-eye and it was cooked perfect with a lot of flavor and the butter sauce is a must have with the steaks. Cream corn is bomb!!

It’s hard to put my finger on my the dining experience is just OK. Is the lack of experience the servers have When compared to other fine dining establishments? Like I said, it’s tough to pinpoint this is a very complicated question. Any large or upscale chain restaurant there are inconsistencies along the way.

The waiter was very friendly and kind, but service overall was quite slow. I understand that this was a Thanksgiving Feast event, but the receptionist mentioned that they had well prepared for the dining room (though the bar was a bit more than they expected). We had to ask for bread and the food was delivered luke warm at best. The turkey and mashed potatoes were fine (though not hot), but the remaining sides were virtually tasteless. And the 2 slices of 'complimentary' tomatoes and ONE green onion was kind of silly. Oh, I had a tonic water and lime and there was not even any ice in my glass and the 'spice' ice tea was basically rejected by my wife. For the price, I would not recommend III Forks to a friend, though we have had good food there in the past. I would call it hit-or-miss.

Due to my husband and I moving over thanksgiving break, we decided to make a fancy reservation and enjoy our evening without the hustle of cooking and cleaning all while moving. What a great idea! Our server was incredible, the atmosphere was exceptional, and the food was forever memorable. Thanks to al the team and staff who made the sacrifice to work on Thanksgiving so that people like us could have a wonderful experience.

The new menu is horrible. They took all of the favorites off like the roasted chicken and 3 cheese mac and added foolishness like chicken fried filet mignon which was disgusting. All I end up having was cola all dinner. I sat there and made dinner reservations 4 The Chop House the next night because it was too late to get reservations anywhere else once we'd realized what was happening. I would not recommend Three Forks until they get their act together. I have been to places that are three times cheaper and had better food. It was Not the Three Forks that I know. I need them to get it together.

We came to celebrate My wife's 75th birthday. The food was excellent as was the service. Covid 19 put a damper on business with only a few diners.

My favorite chophouse in Jax! My date had a perfect filet, I had the spindles ribeye cap which was extremely tasty. We paired roasted mushrooms and lobster mac 'n cheese, and slices of perfectly ripe beefsteak tomatoes, along with glasses of cabernet from their extensive wine selection.

Service was outstanding as usual.
