Infinity - Daydream Island Resort

John was our waiter both nights in a row and went out of his way to make both nights fabulous.
He found our we got engaged on our last day there and made our night extra special with the chefs help.

Wait staff were amazing. Food was delicious and priced fairly (considering it’s an island). The only let down had nothing to do with the restaurant. The “less fancy” restaurant on the island was closed, so there were people in singlets and kids watching iPads. This took away from the smart casual atmosphere we were looking forward too. Not the restaurant’s fault, happy they catered for everyone. It was the only let down in what was a great evening with them. 10/10 recommend

Good service but poor food

INCREDIBLE food, truly delicious, inventive and tasty. There was nothing left on anyone’s plates. Can recommend the sashimi, duck, steak and salmon as stand out dishes. Brilliant range on the menu, amazing range of wines and spirits. In particular the desserts were phenomenal, a stand out being the lemon mousse and white chocolate- Gorgeous atmosphere and excellent service. Highly recommend a night out to Infinity at Daydream.

Haley provided a fantastic menu and The Bonsai Tree desert was to die for.

The food is really good, especially the sashimi and the desert cheesecake - best dessert ever! The live performance is also very nice!

Wonderful food. Pianist is brilliant and sets up a great atmosphere. Pork lollipop, soft shell crab and duck are brilliant. Salmon less so, just not as flavorsome as other dishes. Great deserts and wine.

We had 3 meals at Infinity over our stay and each got progressively better. Keys points we thought for feedback were:

Even at 5.30pm, childless couples would be better seated separately;
Food was a stand out each time;
Staff to be encouraged on the up sell a bit more, achieved by giving more time between courses and checking in with patrons as to their progress on their meals / drinks and overall dining experience;
Live music (piano) on the last night was a great introduction;

The absolute highlight of our trip to daydream island! The cured kingfish was INCREDIBLE!!! We absolutely loved all our meals! The service was absolutely amazing, our waitress remembered our toddlers name all night & kept talking to him.y entree was accidentally forgotten but it was all rectified & handled so nicely! Can’t wait to come back!! A shame it wasn’t open every night!

Some of the best food we have ever eaten, would highly recommend.

Food was spectacular, full of flavor and beautiful presentation. Service was best I have had. Special call out to Maria who looked after us each night
