Had lunch. Nice menu choices. Pricing just right. Wine by glass a little expensive. Fabulous, Sumptuous decor.. very roomy bar / bistro but yet intimate and cosy. Lovely server.

Had a lovely meal with my mum. The atmosphere was perfect, a nice level of noise and felt very festive. The servers were really friendly and attentive. Regarding Covid, it was spotless and all restrictions adhered to. It was a lovely evening that me and mum enjoyed immensely.

Loved this hotel bar and the food was sensational. Super.good quality, lovely staff nice and relaxed atmosphere. Lovely experience and the fish of the day was salmon in a white wine cream sauce with mashed potato and it was epic!!!

We were extremely disappointed with the service. We were left waiting for 40 mins before our order was even taken (there was 4 of us) and then 30 minutes after ordering, my food still hadn't arrived. I asked the waitress is she could check on it and was told they has forgotten the order and offered me a drink to apologise which was nice, 10 minutes later I was brought the wrong drink. When my food did eventually arrive it was lovely but unfortunately the service had already spoiled the evening. The other food orders all had at least 1 mistake but we chose not to bother trying to have them fixed as we didnt want to be left waiting again. My friend had asked for her drink 3 times and it was eventually brought to her twice, 40 minutes later. We were sat in the outdoor area as they said indoor seating was at capacity and it was freezing. I can appreciate it is busy time for restaurants at the moment but it was as if we were entirely forgotten about. I was embarrassed having booked this restaurant for us. This is not the first time the service has been terrible here. For such a 'fancy' place and an expensive menu we were shocked at how poor the service was. When paying we did not receive any apology or discount. Would not reccomend.

Menu not as advertised on open table or website. Waiting for food 1 hour after arriving as kitchen not ready to serve yet. Not even offered a free tea in return. Poor service.

Perfect set up for outdoor dining. Away from traffic and beautifully decorated with plants. maybe a few more heaters but otherwise a great experience

Ate outside on a wet misserable day but thankfully it was well covered & heated well. Food was nice and service was very good. Lovely staff.

Great experience for lunch on outdoor terrace today. Food was delicious, staff were so lovely and friendly and the outdoor heater was a bonus we weren’t expecting. I’d definitely go back and would highly recommend!

If you are looking to meet in a safe environment, I can highly recommend the Terrace. It has retractable roof and outdoor heaters so it’s perfect no matter what the weather is like.
The staff are amazing, friendly, attentive and respectful. All covid measures in place but you still get to relax and enjoy. Food is delicious and no problem in adjusting dishes to suit any allergies. One on the top of my list for dining during covid.

Unfortunately the service and food was very poor. I was really looking forward to a lovely lunch and a cocktail and we were left waiting for nearly 45 minutes just to order a drink and the place was quiet. The whole experience was so bad I don’t think I will be back. In a time where you go out only on a rare occasion and with a time limit it was beyond a joke ! Sadly cannot recommend.

Amazing food and service in a gorgeous setting!

Beautiful setting. Our table was located in a quiet corner of the restaurant, which was lovely, considering we only booked late.
Menu was ok, but we think you should offer a wider range, but we also understand that these are challenging times and this may not be possible.
We will definitely be back.
Well done to all. Keep up the good work through these challenging times and keep the chin up.
