   Disappointing. I had the superfood salad that was listed as having veggie protein items - toasted almonds, feta and edamame beans. There were none of those things - just tons of quinoa and a few tiny vegetables in a tasteless dressing. I complained but still had to ask for a discount. On the plus side, the sweet potato fries were the best I've ever tried and the waiting staff are lovely. Just don't try the healthy option!

   Good place for a weekend brunch. All food was really well made, they have a children's menu as well (my 4-year-old enjoyed all food she ordered), and the environment was quiet and good. It is a beautiful restaurant and the staff was extremely helpful and attentive.

    Valentines Day special - it was a last minute booking but they still had a personalised reservation card at the table which was a lovely touch! The venue was beautiful with a lovely ambiance, staff were welcoming at first and provided great attention to detail. We were pushed to order within 1 minute of sitting down which felt rushed but I appreciated it was a busy night ahead, although our sitting was early at 5.30pm. We ordered and received an excellent soup as a starter and sorbet for a palette cleanser. We had chicken and beef as our mains which were okay, could have been plated better but the flavours were there. As the night progressed, with still very few tables filled in the value, the service began to drop. We were often left without drinks and had plates sitting at the table for 20 minutes after we had finished. The music was questionable at times and was often changed between genres rapidly trying to guess the preference of the dining room but still resulted in some unusual choices for a dinner!! They had also ran out of all vegetarian options by 7pm which seemed far too early. Overall it was a lovely evening, staff were often awkward approaching the tables and looked bored walking around the floor. The set menu was good value with good food that could have been escalated with simple touches- the frozen pre-prepared sorbet was almost impossible for every table to make a dent in! Would return again as they have a reasonable price range for the food provided.

Just a bit confused as upon reviewing CCTV and speaking with management this does not align with what takes place. The staff were very attentive and cleared items quite quickly. Also I see you had Chicken and Beef , we had vegetarians arrive in all night and had plenty of options for them. So just find this statement very confusing. The music was set to Love theme as it was Valentines and as we know Love can be varied. Glad to hear you will return.

    Perfect place for a birthday celebration. Not too loud, great food and desserts, nice cocktails. Service is great too. Have had some lovely get togethers with friends here.

    I have been a regular client at this venue and had booked it for a few girlfriends who had never been. Embarrassingly the service was very poor. We were advised when we complained that the hotel was overbooked and they were exceptionally busy. We waited 50 minutes for our first drink to arrive to our table. We asked after 30 minutes if our cocktails were coming. 20 mins later 4 Pornstar martinis arrived. Part of the cocktail consists of a Shot of Prosecco. When cocktails were brought to the table we were advised the shots of Prosecco were ‘coming’ - they were waiting for Shot glasses. Another ten minutes and two requests later the shot’s arrived. We could now have our first drink. By then our main course arrived - almost together with our ‘pre dinner’ drink. We then waited 25 mins, and 3 requests later, for a bottle of Heineken to be served. There might be an excuse for 4 cocktails to take time but one bottle of Heineken 🤨 Fish and chips were Devine, Asian Piek salad was very good but Thai green curry disappointing - too much onion with not enough sauce. All in all our experience could not have been any more disappointing. When I asked to speak to a manager I was advised that he was not available- in-spite of his presence almost all of the time we were there- for me his absence said a lot about the management of the venue. Customer feedback should be welcomed as it provides an opportunity to improve customer experience for everyone. To be fair to the young lady who tried to rescue, what was a disaster, she was very apologetic and drinks on the house were presented but the experience was beyond redemption. Sadly I could not recommend this venue again.

    Very poor menu selection, slow service, small portions, chips were raw, had to order more sides, they didn’t come until we were finished our meal, cutlery was taken away and not replaced for sides.

    Food was average, cocktails were great the screaming children slightly ruined the ambience of the night in the outside patio area. Music was only playing for part of the night unfortunately and the overhead heaters kept switching off every 20-30 minutes. The service was great otherwise.

    I love the relaxed feel of this place. I definitely would return to try more dishes. We were there for a birthday dinner and they had brought a complementary glass of processco for the persons who’s birthday it was. The table was split on the fish – one person thought it was great, but another felt that the tastes didn't quite mesh. Service was well-timed and friendly the girl who served us was amazing really kind and helpful never got her name but she was lovely. The drinks were also really nice! Would definitely return.

    Menu a bit limited. Staff a bit too keen to take food away when some people not finished but otherwise good. Food is good but nothing amazing. Overall a pleasant experience and would probably go there again for a light lunch rather than dinner.

    Elle's is a lovely venue. It was quiet at lunch time mid week also good. Staff where friendly & attentive. Menu has moved more to a bigger bites as in dinners rather than smaller plates like it used too. Slightly disappointing when you're not in the humour for a full dinner. Otherwise good lunch.

    I can’t believe I wasn’t here before last weekend! I’ve been to hundreds of restaurants around Dublin & I was looking for somewhere I hadn’t been & Elle’s did not disappoint! From the moment we stepped in the door all the staff were smiling and friendly & came straight up to greet us without us having to wonder where to go. We were seated and promptly offered drinks & we had plenty of time to look at the menu before we were asked to order food. The interior is stunning, comfortable & I loved how spacious it was so we didn’t feel on top of other people although it was busy. The cocktails were delicious & the food was so tasty. We were checked on numerous times & the value was amazing. I will definitely be returning with family / friends in the near future. Thank you so much for such an enjoyable evening.

    Look, my twenties are well behind me in life's rear view mirror. Whilst most of the people here at 6.45pm seemed to be that age it was mixed with some of those in their 30's, 40's and 50's like ourselves. Despite this being a very well decorated art deco themed hotel there was loud dance/techno type music blasted everywhere. My wife actually said it looked like this was the staging point for heading to Copper-faced Jacks across the road. A glass of average white wine was an eye watering 12 euro my lager was 6.50. My wife's salad was large but not very tasty while my chicken main was tasty but small- more like a starter but still 18.50! Much better value and atmosphere to be had near here!
