    We had a wonderful experience! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was amazing. Everything was perfect. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

    I brought 9 people server was rude! My GF dish took 45min the soup was with old tomatoes I could taste it. But the rudeness got to me. She kept bringing in dishes for the rest of the table! I have food allergies so sharing is not comfortable no she did not care. In all terrible experience not worth the money!

    Overpriced for just subpar food. Just because it sounds exotic and fancy, doesn’t mean it is. Probably the worst gazpacho I’ve had at a restaurant in years. Very disappointed

    As usual, we had a wonderful evening. Our guests were impressed and enjoyed themselves. Our server, Alexander, was outstanding. He was very accommodating to the different food needs of the people in our group. Jaleo can be loud, and a tough place to have a conversation, especially as our ears get a bit older. The secret there is to get a Lakeside view table. Much quieter and a more intimate feeling. We are also strong supporters of World Center Kitchen and are always grateful for the opportunity to join in that effort. Also strongly recommend using InKind as a payment system. This gives you discounts on food and is accepted at Jaleo.

    While the paella was quite good, the rest of the meal and atmosphere left something to be desired. The tapas were only alright, and the patio area is in serious need of maintenance with worn seating and an awkward table layout that prevents face-to-face dining. Compared to the wonderful experiences we've had at José's other concepts, this visit felt a bit underwhelming.

    Had an absolute 10/10 experience! Every dish served was excellent, but what really made the evening memorable was the stellar hospitality. ​Our server, Winnie, was fantastic. Super friendly, quick, and thoughtful throughout our meal. Assistant Manager Karlo Pabon also stepped in to check on us and made sure every detail was taken care of. It’s rare to see a team work so seamlessly together to deliver such a great experience. Highly recommend!
