Wonderful place to dine, food was outstanding, service was wonderful and the environment was lovely.
Will definitely be returning
The food was delicious, and the service was very warm and great.
With the nice piano playing, We enjoy it very much. I’ll go back in the summer so I can see the Mountain views out of the window.
Best pork dish I’ve ever had...we loved the piano player and the romantic nostalgia of the place ...old world feeling
Service good and will definitely return thank you
Really enjoyed the meal and the live Piano music. The restaurant has a very nice ambiance with a traditional feel that is not too over the top and this makes it feel inviting and comfortable. The staff were excellent with traditional service and all well dressed.
Would recommend this restaurant highly. Service was very attentive and food excellent. It was lovely to have piano accompaniment for dinner.
Friendly staff, excellent service. Just think there wasn't much too choose from the menu though, but overall the food was tasty.
Small but excellent menu. Delightful staff. Old world charm and manners. Recommended.
With a stunning view over Jamison Valley, the set price menu provided some great options.
Great food with beautiful views Staff were friendly and efficient. The only downside is there appeared to be no dress rules. People wearing thongs shorts and tshirts brought down the atmosphere and charm of the restaurant.
Would definitely go back again.
Food was lovely, simple but perfectly cooked. More of an older crowd with piano music to match. Decor new but my husband thought it looked very 70’s. Happy to eat there again. Pricing was good.
Amazing food and great views along with live music.
My hubby and I were on a quick Sydney weekend getaway. The hotel is old charm, yet modern in its facilities. The customer service was outstanding and you were really made to feel as the guest. The food was top quality. Would definitely visit again. Simon & Rick
Will definately back. The food and service were wonderful
Food was great for value. Portions were perfect. View we had was beautiful. Only thing is .. we were surrounded by HUGE flies that kept falling near the window sill. It was one at first, we killed it then even bigger ones came. Not sure if it was just because we were near the window. But it was off putting after a while seeing mammoth flies near my food and face. The place is very antique and old which I like but it doesn’t mean you can’t do pest control. Its body was actually the side of my finger nail. So gross.
food was outstanding, extremely tasty, service was great
What an outstanding restaurant. Beautiful views, amazing food and excellent staff.
Perfect in every way.
outstanding meal, exceptional attentive service. Made our stay at Hotel Mountain Heritage complete
We had a good time. Food was fine. Service from wait staff needs improving.
Wasn’t worth it for the money we payed. Pretty average.
Great place, food was wonderful. Views awsome. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Best experience! Would love to go back sooner than later
Staff very professional and friendly service and food excellent, had a great experience celebrating our birthdays, will recommend to all my friends and family
Food was amazing and service was great, will definitely come back.
Great dinner package and we went for 3 x courses at $69. The meals were very nice and the sticky date pudding was exceptional. Very convenient not to have to leave the hotel. Would highly recommend dining in-house.
Food was superbly cooked and delicious. Atmosphere despite COVID was great. Views spectacular.
The food, service, and ambience of this venue make it a great place to visit.
A quiet weekday night in Katoomba, and the restaurant was almost empty. It was also raining, so no glimpses of the famous view from our window table! Our host was very attentive and helpful.
We chose the two course option of Main and Dessert. The standout dish was my eye fillet steak, perfectly cooked to medium/rare as requested. The meat was deliciously sweet and soft, quite outstanding. Accompanied by mushrooms, a cauliflower bake and broccolini, it was possibly the best steak I'd eaten, ever. Our other dishes were good too : pork medallions, sticky date pudding and a flourless chocolate cake. A good range and choice of wines by the glass made for the perfect meal :-)
very satisfied, just what we needed, bad luck on one days weather.
Great homely restaurant, fantastic views & delicious food. Great nice option if staying at the hotel.
5star beautiful meal

Friendly and lovely staffs, service Great .food Great
An outstanding venue with breathtaking views of the mountain ranges, topped off with beautiful food, particularly the pork and a respectable wine list.
We had a wonderful time at the Jamison Views Restaurant starting from the welcome to the end of the meal. The food was amazing. Everyone enjoyed their food choices and everything was cooked to perfection. The service and friendliness of the staff also makes the experience great. Thank you for making my sister-in-law feel special for her birthday dinner.
Lovely meal on a quiet evening. Staff provided excellent service without being overattentive due to few diners.
We had a meal for my daughters special day 30th Birthday on the 7th September this birthday was a especially significant as it signifies my hops for her dreams to be fulfilled and a new fresh decade in my daughters life thank you for making it so special for her and for the happy birthday song from the Piano player everything about it was absolutely wonderful thank you from the bottom of my heart !
beautiful view of the Jamison valley , and parts of Leura. Very good, attentive service, food was very good, a bit expensive but still nice for a splash out.
Every meal was perfectly cooked & tasted great. I had the bruschetta, a good size serve. The duck crepe, was so tasty & delicate. The lamb loin, perfectly cooked & lean. And the chocolate cake, which was like a piece of art.
Brilliant views over the Blue Mountains & friendly waitstaff. And I have to say, better views than from Darley's, which has a lot of grown trees blocking the view.
I just found the entree Scallops were a bit over cooked and chewy. The main; beef cheeks was ok, the overall flavour was a bit bland. I felt it was overpriced for a not so fine dinning experience. Would have been happy with the price if it was exceptional.
