We had a lovely experience considering we had never been to the Jasmine room before and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone and I have given menus out

Really good food and service. Looking forward to going back.

Long wait for food. Had to follow up 3 times to get a drink. No ability to say thank you to their customers.

I have dined here quite a few times and this has got to be the worse meal I have ever had we ordered 5 dishes every dish was just full of capsicum and the last one didnt even arrive and the last few times I have asked for deep fried icecream and say they have ran out ,very disappointed spent over $300.00 wont be going back

The service was very slow which we were not impressed about. A pity as the food was beautiful.

Food was good, but we couldnt quite beleive that you closed the bar and kitchen before 9.30pm without informing our table of 10

So our guestes didnt have desert or red wine or more drinks

Only the cold shoulder (no service). Staff didnt even clean the table after dinner.

We understood you wanted us gone when you started vacuuming floor around us before 9.30pm.

Wont be back, wont recommend.

Food was excellent, a little overpriced on some items and unfortunately we couldn’t afford the fresh seafood which I would really have liked to try but what we had was delicious

Dirty table cloth, steel fork had rice stuck to it. Presentation of the Peking duck being carved was poor and the waiter didn’t want to make the pancakes except the one and didn’t explain the lettuce dish. Thankfully I’ve had it previously and could do it all.

If you're looking for authentic Chinese yumcha this is the only place to go to from Brisbane to gold coast. You won't regret it

Our party enjoyed the food, hot, tasty and abundant plus the lively and friendly service however were disappointed to miss out on the custard tarts which we were told were always sold out and we should have reserved some earlier when we arrived. Of course how were we to know that?? It was not explained to us and these were a favourite. Either more should be made and or the procedure clearly explained on arrival.

Great, actually amazing waitress and food. But the older waiter, perhaps the manager, extremely rude. He raised his voice and sounded like he kicked out the 2 gentlemen next to us. When we finished eating the waitress told us not to rush and finish our conversation and when ready, we can leave. Then the manager comes and says: bill?! We said okay. Paid for it , and he stood by us until we left.
Everything was going amazing, but because of the elder male waiter, we will not return. EVER.

Great ambience, food and service! Lovely for a special occasion or nice quick lunch.

Good range of options on the A La Carte menu. Service was good and the food excellent. Ambience is also good with a nice outlook over the Broadwater.

Had the cheaper banquet and there was plenty of food with all of it being excellent quality. A touch anglicised but that is to be expected on a banquet. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is it was fully priced though I didn't think it was over priced and I'm cheap.

Repeat customer. A bit close to kitchen and a 'noisy' table but otherwise excellent food with fresh ingredients.

The food is great. The waiter was really nice and attentive.

We go here regularly and normally really enjoy yum cha here. On this occasion it was very disappointing because the lack of service from the moment we arrived to when we left was appalling. We had a booking but one wanted to seat us, we had difficulty ordering drinks and food. It took 35 minutes to get our first plates of food, the trolley came past us twice in 1 1/2 hours. My wife doesn’t eat meat or poultry, we ordered 3 x seafood dishes that were all not available. In the end we just gave up. We will try some where else for yum cha in the future.

We were happy with our dining experience. The food was good and healthy, and the wait time was reasonably quick.

Food is great but service was pretty poor. Not sure if they were short staffed because it was long weekend but it took forever to put in an order, to get our teapot topped up, to get chilli sauce.

Absolutely delicious and each dish is always so fresh. The yum cha is without a doubt the best on the Gold Coast.

The food, service and ambience was excellent. This visit was our second in a matter of two weeks and we will be going again shortly.

The best yum cha on the Gold Coast. Food is fresh, service is fast, polite and very well managed considering how busy it is. Well spaced out during these times. Definitely my go to yum Cha when taking guests out for a brunch/lunch.
