Great service and wonderful food. This is a regular place.

We went with our son and DIL, who are from Michigan, where nothing is open. They enjoyed the freedom we have in Georgia. But, my son said the burger thingie he had was the best ever. The food is always great. We had been going regularly for some time now.

Great spot in downtown Alpharetta. Relatively empty on a pre-Christmas day. That said, service was a little spotty. Some of the servers take on the main dining and roof top, constantly up and down the stairs. The kitchen is right by the front door and the food can get cold quick. The food was very good for American (upscale bar food) but just a heads up. Have to say worth the trip but hope Jekyll works out the kinks.

Food was not good and very overpriced.

I believe our waiter's name was Patrick? He was excellent. Very attentive and moved around the heater on the upper patio so we were warm. I ordered the Lite Bowl with salmon and I will return and order the exact same dish. It was delicious! My husband enjoyed his Shrimp roll and we really enjoyed rooftop dining overlooking the lights.

Food is great. Service is great. This is a regular place for us.

Fast becoming my go to place for casual dining in Alpharetta. Chowder is outstanding. Same for shrimp rolls and fish and chips. Beer always good.

Creative menu, well prepared and served. The wide selection of in house brewed beers adds to the special ambience of Jekyll Brewing at Alpharetta City Center.

Great evening and delicious beer! LOVE the pimento cheese more than anyone's! Took 2 orders of it home with us... coming back for more!

Great place! Food was good, beer fantastic, and location is amazing.

Had an early brunch. No one else inside. Service was great but food came room temp and waffles were undercooked so sent back

Sat outside on the upstairs patio. Great view. Server was attentive. Had the Crawfish hush puppies for appetizer. Enjoyed a flight of beers to help decide. Tried the Pineapple habanero IPA. It was very good.

The staff was wonderful and accommodating for our party which included 4 kids. The food was wonderful!

This was the fourth time I've been to this restaurant and the last. When I first came I left a five star review, this time it would be negative five, if it was possible to leave that rating.

For some reason we were assigned two waiters (who I think had fallen out as they were obviously not talking to one another), management probably thinking that two terrible waiters equals one good waiter; but let me assure you, it doesn't!

The acoustics in this place are terrible, so adding a low quality stereo system with the bass and volume turned way too high really doesn't help. I couldn't hear a word that the people I were with were saying, unless they shouted in my ear.

By the time the appetizer arrived the headache that had developed from the pounding and muffled 'Songs, that even the people who recorded them don't listen to' playlist coupled with the world's most uncomfortable seat assured that the happy mood I was in before walking in to the restaurant had been completely drained and replaced with the kind of melancholy feeling one usually reserves for the waiting room before major dental surgery.

The two waiter system led to items being missed from the order all the way to an inability to clear anything away from the table and was finished off with being presented my bill on a keypad (stained with the greasy fingerprints of everyone else who had recently paid) with the highest tip amount pre-selected for me and the waiter hovering over me to see if I had noticed.

Congratulations Jekyll Brewing, you have managed to turn one of my favorite restaurants in to a place that I will never visit again. Seems to be an odd thing to do as most restaurants thrive on repeat business, my business, however, you have lost for good.

We had the brewers burger with grits and flank steak with potatoes. It was very good. Exceeded expectations for food at a brewery.

pork rinds and beer steamed mussels were nothing short of outstanding! The Kolsh and Hefeweizen were so good too

Food was hit/miss....burger was burned even though it was asked medium and other food was wrong. Server was less than helpful but somehow managed to add an automatic 20% tip to our bill on our party of four.

We enjoyed dining outside here and had excellent service. The food and beer were delicious. We wanted to sit outside due to the pandemic and still be able to dine out. The inside of the resturant was packed and there was no appropriate social distancing noted. Other than that, we had an overall good dining experience.

Eight of us were there on Friday afternoon at 3:00 to lessen any Virus Crowding. It worked great. The place was just lively enough and the entire staff was engaging and attentive in spite of the slow time slot. All food orders were perfect. Definitely a step above expected pub/brewery food. Plan to be back.

The food, drinks, and service were great!

Food was good although just enough. Don’t expect to take any leftovers home. Hefeweizen beer was nice and flavorful but still light. I didn’t know they only had beer, no wine or mixed drinks though. Tables were distanced enough but not at the bar.

The beer and food were both phenomenal. I sampled four beers and they were all great! I had the bison/wagyu beef burger and it was perfectly cooked - juicy and delicious. My husband got the Cuban sandwich and we both agreed it was amazing as well! We will definitely be back.

It was very loud a on a Saturday at 8pm. No social distancing we were squeezed into a table between two loud parties where our chair backs hit each other and server could barely get to us. I got the Lite Bowl. It was good but would prefer the grain to be warm as it was cold and salmon was also cool. My hubby loved his Hot Nashville chicken sandwich. Gumbo was ok.

Atmosphere and wait staff was all great. As seems to be the way these days, food just a bit overpriced. Burgers, shrimp/grits, salmon, wraps all good!!!!

Madi was our server and she was fantastic. Bubbly, sweet and efficient.

Fabulous! Hostess was great- had our reserve table waiting. Our waitress was over the top awesome, best service ever! Our food was perfect. Can’t wait to go back!

This is my new favorite, regular place. The food is great. Service is top notch. You can watch beer being brewed. What else could one want?

Very limited options for gluten free. Outdoor seating is limited and entirely in the sun. Only had 1 umbrella. Ended up walking out and going someplace else.

Too many people on rooftop. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING. Servers masks not worn appropriately.

Came to see the band. They were very good. Food and service was a 10, perfect. Been a while since wife and I have had good service and food like we had with y’all.
