Had a great meal here. In particular, I thought the first 3 courses and first dessert course were stand outs.

AMAZING!! One of the best tasting menus I have had! There is so much attention to detail for every course. We were also very impressed with the detail that went into the 2 vegetarian options in our party and every course was delicious. The restaurant has a fresh minimalist design with great music in the background but not overpowering. The service is extremely attentive but not overbearing. We were celebrating a birthday and the dessert course came out with a candle, which was very much appreciated. Jeong also has a nice variety of wines and saki. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back.

Our experience at Jeong was wonderful. They provide a comfortable atmosphere and ample space for guests with much more than 6 feet between tables. Every course was delicious and the drink pairings were spot on (especially the sake pairing)

The tasting menu was excellent! Great balance of flavors and textures, with elegant plating. We loved the desserts so much and were impressed that they were done by the chef and not a separate pastry/dessert chef! The staff made obvious and visible changes for COVID Era distancing, and were so kind. We are happy they are open again!

A shining ray of light in a dismal year. Best meal I’ve had in 2020 and among the Top 5 in Chicago. Anyone who is serious about food will do themselves a disservice by missing out on Chef Dave Park’s extraordinary creativity, talent and skill. Can’t wait to go back!

Jeong is the best restaurant I’ve eaten in Chicago thus far. Amazing take on Korean flavors and traditional dishes. We did the tasting menu and the complexity of flavors was amazing. The chef did an excellent job guiding us through our meal with the flavors he was intending to portray. We can’t wait to come back when a new tasting menu has been made!

The food at Jeong is incredible! Dave Park is so creative with his flavors and every course was amazing. The service is excellent and all the staff were so attentive to all our needs. Most amazing meal of the year. Jeong is our favorite in the city. David is a true artist. Every bite of the mandu, sashimi, rice cakes, and the kalbi was like magic in my mouth. Honestly, the best experience. And Jen, the hostess and co-owner is just delightful. Love Jeong!

Jeong is a gem on the Chicago culinary scene! Loved every minutes spend there and every bite I tried! The staff is very attentive and made the experience very personable. Very nice fusion twist of the traditional Korean food. Highly recommend!

Jeong is culinary perfection. The ambiance is elegant minimalism. We had the tasting menu (regular and 1 vegetarian) - We cleaned our plates for every course! Each item was a great mixture of flavors and texture. The service was impeccable. The owner stopped by to say hello and even remembered it was my husband's birthday (which I had emailed her about, but that was the only mention). Jeong has the balance of being fancy without be pretentious. Congratulations on your 1st year and look forward to visiting again!

The best dining experience we’ve had in years. It’s a travesty that Jeong did not receive a Michelin star this year. The owners are gracious and super talented, the entire staff follows suit. Chicago is lucky to have Jeong as part of our already multi cultural food scene!

Absolutely one of the best restaurants in town. Blown away by the broccoli, the salmon tartare, the short ribs, the scallops and more. And the tasting menu is a mere $87, which is a compelling value. Don't be put off by the Korean name - there's no bimbimbop here - this is fine dining in a casual setting that delivers American dishes with Korean flavor accents.
