Jerico's Prime Rib Chili
We hadn’t dined here in quite a while. The food was great and plentiful. The service was even better.
Haven't been to Jerricos for 20 years. Nothing has changed the food and staff are still top notch. Will definitely be back.
The prime rib and jus was extremely salty. The garlic mashed potatoes were inedible. My water glass was never refilled, and the server criticized me for folding a birthday coupon. Certainly not like the "old" Jericos that I loved for many years.
The server just wanted to get us out of there. The steaks were terrible and the lobster we had was cold and pathetic. We ordered the shrimp cocktail and they were raw. This place used to be a premier steak house and it has gone down hill. We will not be back again.
The prime rib was well cooked and had little fat. Others in our party had the stuffed shrimp and grilled shrimp which did not have good flavor.
Good was prepared and served as ordered. Food quality and temperatures were good. Pace of dining experience met our desire for timelines but not rushed.
My husband and I had never been before but were told the prime rib was fabulous. We were not lied to! We had a great experience.
Jerico's continues to be a great dining experience. Food is excellent and the service is superior.
Hadn’t been there in 25 years probably. Got my kids together and we had a wonderful meal, the six of us. Kim was wonderful and rolled along with some sophomoric humor. Wonderful food, atmosphere. We will be back.
As always, a fantastic cut of perfectly prepared prime rib. Homemade pies are fabulous as are the ice cream drinks. The prime rib chili is a must try.
Great old school steakhouse with very good prime rib and an extensive after dinner ice cream drink menu.
Jerico’s was amazing as always, I tell myself I should try something else but I still end up getting the prime rib. Fantastic, 11/10.
Another wonderful dining experience at Jericho’s
A favorite of ours when we travel into the city
I love the quail, but the steaks are tough to beat, as well
Great place for special dinners. Prime rib cooked exactly right and served with real horseradish. Pies are a perfect end to a special meal.
I seldom rate any business Excellent because I feel there is always room for improvement. We have been to Jericho's before but feel this visit and prime was not a good as we remember it prior.
Food was wonderful and server was really good!! I would highly recommend!
Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Meal was as ordered and very flavorful. Overall a great experience for dinner.
For the first time ever, the Jerico's prime rib was subpar; very tough. I guess everyone can have an off night. I'll be back.
Good food nice service.
We’ve eaten here many times. Prior to this our food has been amazing. Tonight however, two of ordered the rib-eye as we always do. Both steaks were very fatty and thin. These were not the steaks we are used to receiving. The only other downside was they no longer serve hash browns. Otherwise, the service was excellent and the other meals were great. We’ll go back, but leery of the rib-eye.
I've been a long time fan of Jerico's, however, on this recent visit, the dinner rolls and salad were wonderful. Sorry to say the prime rib was tough and chewy - very sub-par. I prepared pre cooked prime rib from the HyVee butcher - they only carry it at Thanksgiving and Christmas - it was far better than what I was served at Jerico's. I'll be back to Jerico's, as I think tonite was just an off night - at least I hope so.
The food and service was great. Jerico’s has some of the best prime rib in town. However they sat us right next to the door which diminished the experience quite a bit.
The steaks were outstanding. The bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer was very good. The homemade pies are really really good
Great place for date night after 36 years of marriage. Wife and I enjoy Jerico's for leaving our day to day grind at the door.
Visiting from out of state, wanted some good Nebraska beef. Found online, reviews looked good, and price within reason. Hailed as best prime rib, and it did not disappoint. Definitely recommend, and will patronize again when in town.
Great meal as always. Service is excellent. My favorite family owned restaurant.
The food is always wonderful, but the got rid of the hash browns. They are still on the menu, but you can't order them. That's kind of big miss. If you don't have them, take them off the menu.
The bartender Aaron was AMAZING!!! We sat at the bar and had a couple of drinks after dinner and he was super attentive and really knows his stuff. He was busy but he never got flustered. We had a great time chatting with him.
The bruschetta was not real, the tomatoes were not diced and they just put American cheese over the top of it and the bread was not toasted they way it’s suppose to be. The garlic mashed potatoes did not any hint of garlic in them.
We were hoping for a table in the corner for our small Christmas party, but next to the kitchen was perfect. Our server, Bobi, was perfect and added to the fun.
The table we were seated at was ice cold all night due to the door constantly opening and closing. The waitress took over half hour just ask for our order! Bad impression on my family members I was treating for their birthdays away from their kids for a night out!
We are from Lincoln and had been looking for a place to have a "date night." My wife and I grew up in small towns and had reminisced about the old-fashioned type steakhouse we remembered as kids. Jerico's did not disappoint...it was like stepping into a time machine and we loved the memories evoked from the decor. And the food? Fantastic...the steak was cooked to perfection, the lobster tail was awesome, and dessert (key lime pie for me and coconut cream pie for my wife) spectacular. On top of that, our server (Bobbi--I hope I didn't spell her name wrong) was excellent...she took great care of us and really added a great deal to our wonderful experience. Jerico's gave the vibe that they aren't driven to pack people in for a massive profit, but rather to be a nice place for people to have a really good meal and enjoy one-another's company. Don't let the fact that it's in a strip mall deter you....This place did not disappoint and we most certainly will be back!
This was my first return to Jerico's since the pandemic started. I miss them being open for lunch as we used to frequent it often for lunch so hoping they bring that back. The food was outstanding and our server was very good. Looking forward to a return visit very soon. Highly recommend this - the primer rib is the best in town.
Our waitress was great!--- - and food was very good!
Definitely going back. The prime rib is, by far, the best I have ever had. Very enjoyable experience.
Our server Michelle was excellent. Very attentive and polite.
Our food as usual was stellar. My wife had the filet and I had a cut to order NY. Both were cooked to perfection.
We had an outstanding meal, served by a wonderful woman. Very relaxed setting, with nice people, and great food!
Michelle is Awesome!!
I haven't been to Jerico's in years. It did not disappoint. My mom had prime rib rare and loved it. The au jus was to her liking and she dipped bread in it. My brother and I had the filet mignon medium rare and it was cooked to order. A nice searing on the outside and red inside. Meat is cooked properly so if you truly want a medium you can feel safe in ordering it that way. (many places overcook no matter what you say it seems). Salad with roquefort was excellent. Honestly this felt like a restaurant my grandparent's would take me to! That's not a bad thing. If you want a real steak done right this is your place. Interior of restaurant is a little dated but who cares.
The food and service was excellent. I did make a reservation for 8:00, however we had to wait until 8:30 to be seated. I also requested to be seated at a booth in a specific area of the restaurant, however we were seated at a table in a completely different area of the restaurant. Overall that was disappointing but the food was delicious.
