Our service was great but booths are very tight for 4 ppl especially with the wall wreath that was basically in my food and wine the entire time. Lobster guacamole and lobster spinach artichoke (came out barely warm) was just meh. Filet on filet salad was delicious but of course they forgot blue cheese crumbles which “makes” the salad per my server. It’s expensive. Service was almost too good. We were trying to catch up and she kept checking in every two min.

1st time dining out as a family. Jimmy’s was new to us and the teenage boys loved the burgers. I had walleye and loved it along with a great salad. The mashed potatoes did not however meet my expectations.

First bad meal at Jimmy’s. Wine, appetizer, soup and salad were all very good. Was so looking forward to the special of scallops and lobster risotto but the scallops were strong tasting; salty and heavy iodine taste.

We waited 15 minutes before our server even notice us. Served us the wrong drinks ordered.
Then did not serve our Carmel roll nor did she credit us for not serving.
We usually enjoy Jimmy’s for brunch.... hope the next visit goes better.

The food was amazing as usual - we got the scallop with lobster risotto special as well as a filet and both were cooked to perfection! Jimmy’s has taken great care to ensure a clean and safe dining experience. Can’t wait to go back!

The service at Jimmy's and the wonderful plates continues at the quality for which they are known. The only reason for the lower ambiance rating came from our experience from their previous Covid reopening versus this one. The earlier restart seemed to have customer protection at the highest level from what we witnessed from the other restaurants in this area. This visit, on a Friday night, the bar, where we like to sit, was quite busy. There were a number of guests (male and female) who congregated at the end of the bar closet to the restaurant entry without masking. They stood out in the open, not a care in the world, and perhaps becoming a Covid victim or sharing their own current infection. Who knows? We sit at a table so we can remove masks and eat and enjoy beverages, but in such a trafficked area the others occupied, it doesn't seem appropriate.

I always feel welcomed at this restaurant from the management to the owner. Luba, Anna and Emilio are my favorite employees. My food is 90 percent perfect. When it’s not it’s promptly corrected. Thank you to Jimmys restaurant and their owner for its service to its community.

There was confusion with the email club deal, but it got straightened out. I believe the wasabi sauce was accidentally left off of my halibut but I asked for some and then it was as great as I remembered. We love Jimmy's.

Our favorite steak house in the Cities. Food is cooked to perfection and the presentation is magnificent. Had a fantastic halibut with wasabi mashed potatoes the last evening before the second shutdown.

Always exceeds our expectations! You can’t go wrong with essentially everything on the well thought out menu.

We went to Jimmy's Friday night for an early birthday celebration because the restaurants will only be open for take out only on the birthday.
So disappointed that restaurants are forced to close a second time for Covid.
Food was very good.

We had to get to Jimmy’s one more time before restaurants close for 4 weeks due to CoVid. We love this place and will miss it! Delicious food, great service!! Five stars across the board!!

Halibut was fantastic - always great to be at Jimmy’s

the lady waiting on us checked in regularly...but, seemed to be in a hurry everytime she came to our table. dinner was for 4 people, was a $200+ dinner. more patience, less hurried would be good. with that being said....I will be back. good place.

Jimmy's has become a favorite of ours, especially during the pandemic. They take extra care of the safety of their guests. Justin's service was a model for wait staff!

Jimmy's is THE PLACE to go during Halibut season ( late Spring - to- November?) We were shocked they still had all the preparation choices in mid November. What luck and ohhhh sooooo yummy. Compliments to the Chef!!
