    Let me start by saying this my boyfriend& I have ALWAYS loved the JOEY resto chain+ Markville has become our go‑to location for a while now, but after today I will say it’s going to continue being our go too spot- entirely because of JENINE,the manager,who delivered service so flawless it felt curated.From the moment we walked in(a table of 7 w family visiting from Florida)Jenine greeted us so politely like we were VIP regulars,not just as just another number.She personally seated us,set the tone immediately, then went above and beyond with a complimentary prosecco pour of our fave Cassa Lotta Prosecco that wasn’t just a quick splash. No.She brought out a full bottle, did a polished tableside pour presentation,& created a setup that made our group feel genuinely celebrated.Her energy was perfect: polite, warm, attentive, effortlessly professional- never overbearing, never performative.Just that rare hospitality instinct you can’t teach she just had it and it was flawless. My family kept saying, “She’s amazing,” and they weren’t wrong. Her service was a 20/10, and she made sure every single person at our table felt taken care of from start to finish. The moment that sealed it? She surprised my aunt our birthday girl visiting from Florida with a happy‑birthday crème brûlée cheesecake with strawberry compote, presented beautifully & with genuine excitement. It wasn’t the typical “here you go” drop‑off. It felt intentional, celebratory, and personal. My aunt was glowing and was so happy. We did only have 1 downside was we waited about 40 mins for some of our ordered desserts and I had to get the managers attention so our server would come back. But its rare to find someone in hospitality who makes you feel like your night actually matters. Jenine did that.She elevated our dinner, made my visiting family and I feel extra special, and turned a simple outing into a standout experience. If you’re going to Joey Markville, ask for Jenine.She’s the reason we’ll be back.💕

    Best fish tacos I’ve ever had! Shout out to Maddie for the recommendation! Sam the manager also surprised us with a cheesecake to end our meal! 10/10!!!!!

    We have been to this restaurant location. many times. Not sure why this was a negative experience? Had a bit of wait after ordering. Then, appetizer was served along with entrees. We questioned server and she didnt seem to know why? Negative experience and not even an apology? 👎

    Our server was the best. We were given a crème brûlée cheesecake and two nonalcoholic shirley temple on the house for our anniversary dinner🥹. Everything was so well presented. Also she was very tentative, refilling our water the whole time. The meals were beyond expectations as well. Especially loved the ceviche, super fresh and comes in huge portions with tortillas. Also we ordered the steak & sushi, and the server took the initiative to tell us the first one was overcooked and ended up serving us two plates of steaks. Everything built up to our amazing special night! Tysm for the team and would definitely comeback to Joey especially to this location.
