Great time here. My last experience was Mother's Day, and there was a long wait I attributed to the holiday, but the food was great. Eating here a second time sealed the deal: The food is fantastic. The restaurant is also very clean.

First negative review for me. Truly bad service, possibly intentional. We arrived at our reservation at 6:30. We were seated, and then re-seated to another table (because our table was apparently reserved); no big deal. We ordered our food: set menu as recommended by our water. Tea arrived in 15 minutes, but nothing else arrived for an hour. Nobody stopped by to check, even though other tables were getting normal service. I went and found our water (first time ever in my life), he was surprised. A short while later, he brought the cold appetizers (that other tables typically got them in minutes). Another water stopped by to see if "everything was going great". I explained that it wasn't, and he said he'd check. After about 1.5 hours, our main course arrived (hot appetizers were lost). The food was lukewarm (though good). No apologies or anything like that were forthcoming. Got the feeling we weren't welcome.

The food was amazing! The service is a little slow. Had to wait for our waiter to do things or check on us, but overall a good experience and the food was good!

If you like middle eastern food and you want to try the authentic Iraqi food, it is the place to go. Nonetheless, they have a western menu. The service is quick and the restrooms are clean and tidy. They serve a vibrant hookah and the ambience can be casual to formal.

The food was excellent and full of flavor. They have a kids meal but didn't need it as my kids (5 & 7) loved the Chicken Tikka skewers and the mosul kubba. The lamb shank was tender and tasty, and a dish to try is the tashreeb (so complex). Filling and tasty, but not heavy.

Went there for Valentine’s dinner and it was very festive. It is loud but the place is so big it didn’t bother me. I saw something I didn’t like or agree with. The table next to us has awful service the lady’s dinner never came and the husband of course really didn’t enjoy his. I saw them bring a check wish in my opinion was bad service being a special occasion the right thing to do is “ not pay” they didn’t order anything lavish just dinner and you being the venue/ waiter/ cook/ manager ruined their evening!!! Like I said it didn’t directly affect me but I saw it and disagree with the way it was handled

I’m a vegetarian and they brought me a meat dish And I didn’t know it until I bit into it. Then they brought the correct dish, and it was not cooked all the way, I did not eat it. My soup was only like warm and the vegetables we’re cold in my entree. I would not recommend this place based on the quality of the food

There were no printed menus available for people who may not use a cell phone to scan the menu online. Care should be given to people who aren’t technically savvy. Reading a menu on a small screen may be difficult for people with visual challenges. The food was really good

You make reservation but they don’t honour that even when we ask for a manager or a supervisor! They have unprofessional host with lack of knowledge about customer service.

Extremely slow customer service. Didn't pay attention to our needs at all. We had to ask for bread which was complementary. They barely came and asked if we needed anything. After complaining about the service, they still assigned the same server. Then we got the dessert( kanafe) and it was very salty. I realized that they were serving it with syrup on other tables but never gave us any syrup with it. Prices are high for the amount of food. Food tasted great thou. Rice were on point. Meat tasted delicious. I wish they work on their customer service or they'll loose alot of business.

We sat at our table for 20 minutes before anyone came to help, and that was the hostess. Every waiter and waitress ignored us and we had to get their attention every time we needed to order. Whwn thw food was brought to the table they might as well have thrown it on thw table. Said nothing, like the usual "enjoy" no acknowledgement whatsoever. Ww wound up getting only appetizers anf a hookah because we were getting so irritated by the horrible service. We waited for the check and waved over our easter, he ignored us and never brought us the bill, we had to ask someone else for it. She took forever and when she took the payment it was in a box, my boyfriend told her we needed change, so she unprofessionally opened the box and took the money out in front of us, then walked away, took 10 minutes and came back and asked again if we needed change. I was so disappointed because reviews I've read had said this place had excellent service. I felt so unwelcome and unhappy when we left that I refuse to ever go here again.

One of my favorite me middle eastern restaurant, the food is amazing very traditional Iraqi food,staff are wonderful, service is amazing. I Love to spend time with family or friends there and is an amazing place to celebrate an event.
