   Exactly what was expected was a fun night and the food was amazing! Definately reccommend the cheeseburger spring rolls!!! The waiters are great at their job and notes for next time the roasting starts at the front door!!🫣😂

   No sweet potato chips at the restaurant, burger was to soaking with fat that made the bun so wet if was in ate able, online menu said there was chicken tenders get to the restaurant no chicken tenders so son had very stale chicken nuggets, my other son had the 9inch hotdog bun was either stale or over cooked differently wasn’t fresh, $104 dollars differently not worth the money for the food we were served

   Was a fun and entertaining night out for our daughters 13th birthday. We were left sitting there with not much going on after we’d eaten and had to ask for the staff to acknowledge our daughters birthday even though I had indicated it in the booking. Having said that, I’m sure this is part of the experience.

   Such an amazing experience. The staff were awesome. Stayed in character and were so hilarious. The games were fun, the food was incredible and the atmosphere was nothing like I had ever experienced. We will definitely be back

    Staff were great. Gave us funny hats and a good laugh. Did not get her name but our Waitress was awesome she wore glasses and had red hair with several tattoos. Great night for me and my brothers

    Absolutely amazing experience. We have not laughed that hard in ages. As promised the service was crap and the food was delicious. Highly recommend for the non fragile egos who have a sense of humour. Thank you. It was just what we needed

    We had a great time. Hilarious!! The food was good although it was quite expensive. The entertainment value was brilliant! Well done. They even made my daughter get up for her birthday and the whole restaurant sang to her.

    The waitresses tried too hard for the "Karen" experience. Was over the top and ridiculous. The food was not good. Definitely over rated. Glad I tried but will not return.

    2nd trip to Karen's was disappointing. A Tuesday night was very understaffed. We pay extra for rude service and that's part of the fun but that is different to poor service. We waited over an hour for our meal. Even though there was only 3 other tables in the restaurant. They missed bringing ca milkshake, we asked about it, and asked again about 15 minutes later before it was delivered. Same with meals, they came out over a period of about 20 minutes so first people served were finished before last people got there's. As I said there is a difference between the expected rude service and poor service. It's very expensive when compared to other similar food and the staff push for a tip at the end and an additional tip for the kitchen. After such a good first experience the second experience means we won't go again

    Had a great time at Karen’s. The food was great, the staff were hilarious 🤣 and made a huge effort to be as rude as possible. In the best way. Would highly recommend.

    The quality of the food was poor, and needs to improve. The service of Karen’s diner was good and the experience was unique. The vegan plant-based burger patty tasted awfully bad as well as the chicken burger patty.

    This is going to be a real Karen of a review. We knew the concept but were maybe expecting a little more subtle rudeness rather the the vulgar crassness it was. We ordered and sat and waited for an hour for food that didn't come because the waitress failed to put the order thru. The piece de resistance however was the manager putting a paper bag over my friend head. It wasn't funny. It wasn't rude. It was tantamount to abuse. Definitely would not go back or recommend anyone go there. They didn't charge us for our drinks but that did little to make up for the disappointment in the whole experience.

    We went for my sons 18th birthday, all 5 of us had a wonderful time with the waiters. Lots of fun and sass. The food is delicious but pretty overpriced. Come time to pay and asked to pay a tip which I didn't mind so added 10% tip. Then she says are you adding a tip and I said I did, but she said no you didn't and added another tip which then added another $30ish . Whatever, I paid and walked out . $178 for 3 burger meals , 3 soft drinks ,a milkshake, plate of chips and 1 shot ,1 kidd meal and an entree. THEN while im sitting outside waiting for a kid in the bathroom the manager comes out and says we forgot to add all the drinks!!! I just paid 178 for burgers how can it possibly be more than that. Not happy

    We were the only people in the restaurant, so we got a lot of attention but we didn’t think it was funny and not unpleasant enough to be memorable. It was a little overpriced but the food was ok and so was the “service “.

    Service was as expected and we had a good laugh. However the food was near inedible. Majority of our table had close to their whole meals left on their plate and staff did not acknowledge this or ask why. I understand the concept of Karen's diner and can appreciate the staffs acting skills, however considering the price of the food I would absolutely not return or recommend to people.

    We had an absolute blast. This diner is such a fun concept. The staff were great actors and got everyone involved. Not only was it a fun experience, but also the food was terrific and came out quickly. Reasonably priced for dinner and a show. We didn’t want to leave. I had such a great time that it’s probably the most I’ve tipped upon paying the bill. Would recommend to everyone for a fun night out, as long as they have thick skin of course! I hope more establishments make something themed and fun like this in the future.

    Disappointing experience. The staff don't seem to know what the Karen concept is which is a person who uses their privilege to demand their own way. We were expecting the staff to be sassy, dramatic & see banter like the website says. Instead the staff took it too far chose to be abusive, verbally & physically. Also yelling & swearing is a lazy way to create banter/humour.
