Keller's American Grill - Isle Casino Bettendorf

The food was great but the casino door and restaurant door were both open acrosss from eachother so the smoke smell came into the restaurant. Also the restaurant had no hot water and it was freezing cold the entire time!

My husband and I were staying at the hotel for one night and have eaten at Keller's before and always had good food and service. This time was no exception! Food was excellent, our waitress was awesome and attentive and the price was comparable to other places with similar food. Easy to make a reservation and got seated immediately. Will definitely return!

Food was complete under cooked. Wife and I asked for medium steak and it came out rare as could be. Server was very polite, however the hostess was absolutely rude. The food is the reason I will never visit ever again.

We were seated promply. Our waiter was professional and efficient. I think his name was Ryan. The food was delicious. We had the prime rib...perfect!

Limited choices on the menu ..probably due to Covid limits on restaurants. No longer have some of the Farraday favorites - Steak Diane, basket of artensial bread & butters, fried strawberries. Salad was mediocre. Limited top shelf liquor..no speciality drinks. It's too bad.
Hopefully Keller's can up the menu . The restaurant has potential.

Again we had a wonderful experience dining at kellers grill. The most pleasant of all was the food and service. This is the fifth time we've eaten there and each time has been special.

we each ordered a steak with baked potato. the steaks were cooked as ordered and served in a timely manner. Our server was courteous and attentive and the atmosphere was quiet. good experience.

Restaurant was almost empty. Our server was wonderful. The French onion soup was great!

Too overpriced. Food was just okay, some not at all. Waitress brought everything at once, 3 courses, however was nice. Wouldn't go and spend that amount again unfortunately.

Garlic mash potatoes were not the warmest, but we put up with them. One steak was ordered medium rare but was way over cooked but we ate it any way.

Coconut shrimp was excellent. Caesar salad was good.

Food and service was excellent. The coconut shrimp and the sauces are my favorite!

We always enjoyed the Buffet at the Isle, but it is no longer there. My next choice would be the Buffet at Jumers.

Quite an expensive menu for the type of food. $15 for a burger and no side?

Was average steak was under seasoned. For $50 should have bigger portions. Service was excellent though from my server. She was pleasant and attentive.

The food and drinks were good, but they could improve the atmosphere to make a better impression.

It was a wonderful experience. Food was great! Personal bread and butter for each 🤗 first time experience. We will return when back in the area.

Food and service were excellent as usual. Celebrated my birthday and was not disappointed. Will definitely be back.

Ambiance was bleh. Food was bleh as well. Ordered artichoke dip which was more or less just cream cheese and the chips were stale. Walleye and chicken dishes were “good enough”. The beer was absolutely ice cold which saved the dinner. And our server Deb was amazing. 3/5 rating.

Its ridiculous that you have to wear a mask to enter the restuarant. We just went to the other casino that understands they dont have to have policies just to make someone FEEL better. Get a clue!

Great distancing precautions were in place, and the food was amazing.

Steak was perfect. Price was right. Server was polite. Hostess seated us emediatly. Online reservation was easy and accurate.

Everything was great except I ordered my Ribeye Medium Well and it was medium rare, I'm not one that complains a lot so I ate it but next time I will make sure they understand how I would like it cooked.

Dinner portions were reasonably prices and good portion size. We had great service and asked for the same waiter on our second night.

The food was excellent except for the chocolate cake. It looked great but the taste was awful. Keller's does have other great desserts. Lesson learned.

Our server, Ryan, was outstanding. He was very attentive as needed. The social distancing was perfect.

Walleye was burnt, vegetables way over cooked, chicken alfredo pasta was way over cooked and the chicken was not fresh (seemed from precooked frozen state).
