The food was good but over priced and limited choices. 23.00 dollars for a burger...really when you can get on in town including a side of poutine for less and has more burger than bun. Fish and chips were 25.00 tasted good but not worth 25.00 Way to pricey for most people

Delicious food in the BC wilderness

The restaurant wasn't busy when we were there, it was quiet and romantic. The food was excellent!!

It’s a lovely setting, but extremely expensive, for a decent meal, we ended up splitting a burger, Which was really good.

The food was absolutely delicious. The staff were excellent. There was a table of men beside who were fairly loud and their language wasn’t appropriate.

The feature Yorkshire pudding and prime rib was delicious! Very satisfying meal with the artisan bread service but you must save some room for the chocolate cake and mixed berry compote.

We absolutely loved the salad with fennel and as well loved the wild mushroom soup. I was not crazy about the calamari as it would rather boring, the batter was tasteless, the squid was on the thin side. I would strongly suggest that the Kingfisher chef try the Squid appetizer at the WAF PHO in Castlegar, it is an entirely different taste experience than regular, tasteless, calamari.

Outstanding dining experience. Fabulous food and service. Watched the sun set behind the mountains and continued to view the stars and planets as they appeared.
