"Kinka, a hidden gem where amazing sushi/sashimi and sake are served".
We serve not only the classic nigiri sushi, made from the freshest ingredients, but also Canadian lobster sushi/sashimi, blow-torched pressed sushi, and gorgeous sashimi platters. Our bartender also offers a wide array of the best sake, shochu and Japanese-influenced cocktails. The interior, designed by a Canadian designer, offers a very elegant and warm ambiance perfect for any occasion, ranging from dates to business meetings to even a quiet evening alone as you enjoy some light tapas and a glass of wine.
Lobster Sushi/Sashimi
We proudly present our Canadian lobster nigiri sushi and sashimi platters.
The sweet and succulent lobster harmonizes perfectly with soy sauce.
Aburi Oshizushi
We flavour the pressed sushi with our KINKA original sauce and torch the surface. This unique take on sushi is loved by both Japanese and non-Japanese alike.

    繁華街の中でちょっと贅沢な寿司懐石を昼に食べたいと思い、ランチで利用させていただきました。 値段は懐石ではなかったのもありますが、それでも思ったより手頃でした。炙りのロール寿司に小鉢２品と汁が付いたランチとサラダ、食後にお抹茶のロールケーキ＆コーヒーを注文しましたが、どれもとても美味しかったです。目も舌も堪能させていただきました。

    Excellent sushi. Great customer service. The bathroom is hidden in the wall like a James Bond movie. That was cool too. We will definitely go back at least once a month.

    Most of the dishes were spot on, yet one dish was not my favorite. It was the fried shrimp that still had the exoskeleton. It was a bit difficult to eat. Other then that, great experience!

    Staff has little regard for customers and their attitude makes for a rather unhappy visit. The food is not bad but nothing to write home about. This was our second visit and probably the last as the value can be found at many other sushi places with better staff.

    Interesting offerings of sushi and rolls. Non-traditional types of rolls that were very creative and delicious. Quite uncomfortable bar seats, very few tables seats but still enjoyable experience

    Great sushi experience at Kinka! Booked this our second night in Tokyo and it did not disappoint, great introduction to sushi in Japan - blowtorch sushi plate was amazing, highly recommended!

    Nice ambiance. Sushi was good, nothing to get excited about. The wagyu/uni roll with truffle oil was dry and disappointing. Grilled ebi/avocado was delicious. Would have liked to have more craft beer selections or just other draft beer choices than asahi. Boring. Noise level was off-putting, as diners around us thought we were in the ubiquitous izakaya and felt the need to shout there conversations to one another even though we were within earshot. Might return though for the hojicha creme brulee with unidentified ice cream, that was lovely.

    Good sushi with an interesting twist (some cooked types). We picked the recommendations and were very satisfied. Expect to spend 3-4000 yen per person. The waiter speaks English pretty well and there is an English menu available. Nice, relaxed background music in the restaurant, and Final Fantasy OST in the restroom!
