The food was lovely, the stuff very attentive and the place is meticulously neat and clean! It’s also highly in demand, while we were there they had to turn so many people away as they were fully booked. We had a great evening.
Excellent food and service. Will be returning
Great addition to the area. Buzzy atmosphere, lovely service, tasty food.
Food is really tasty and had good vegetarian and meat options. Will be going again! Book a few days in advance for the weekend evenings.
Lovely food, we had the BBQ grill at the table which was delicious.
The grill does need to be heated up a little earlier though otherwise you find your side dishes get cold.
It's expensive for a local restaurant though and the small beers they serve are dearer than the local pub!
Starters are extremely good, some are superb (squid, prawn tempura) the mains less so but that’s personal taste obviously. Nice well designed room, pleasant and efficient staff, service tending to be a bit fast but can be slowed down.
Incredible Korean food! The best I’ve had in London by far and at a very reasonable cost. 100% recommend.
A fantastic neighbourhood gem with something for everyone, from couples to families with picky toddlers :)
Lovely restaurant; we were new to Korean BBQ and the staff were really helpful. Great fun food cooked at the table and really yummy.
Excellent food, great service and suggestions, will go back for the Korean BBQ pork and the delicious japchae and udon!
Fabulous! Staff were very attentive and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the vegetable and beef dumplings and Bulgogi platter.
Great atmosphere in restaurant ,was busy for Weds night. Menu had lots of choices for me as non meat eater. We both really enjoyed seafood pancake, was amazing. Our veg dumplings were delicious. Both main courses we ordered were very enjoyable. Service was great , we didnt feel we were ever kept waiting. We will certainly return. This is great addition to local area and good value
Food was great, the only thing we didn’t like was that we couldn’t cook the food ourselves on the bbq on the table, the waiters/resses did it for us and didn’t let us do it. The whole fun of korean bbq is cooking yourself! At one point we had our tongs confiscated because we tried to turn the meat...
Nice place but no atmosphere. The food is alright but not very authentic.
First time having Korean BBQ.
Order the mixed meat BBQ which tasted great and normally I do not like steak but the rib eye was seasoned and cooked amazingly.
Starter, main, sides and drinks for 2 came to £53 which is great value
As Korean, I can approve you that their foods are quite authentic!
Very popular, we had to book. Friendly service. We had Californian kbbq regulars in our group. Thinking back, main course of cooking meats at our table might have not been best choice for us. Next table had nicer looking noodle dishes. Found the meats cooked at table a little... ordinary? Not much of a treat.
Couple of points they might like to consider: there were not enough cruets! When waitress came to salt and pepper our meats before we cooked we asked her to just leave them and we'd sort after (different tastes in out group). She was slightly put out as she needed them elsewhere! In the end we got to keep them for most of the meal, although a staff member did come to 'borrow' them at one point. They need to buy more. We were recommended to order more lettuce, which we duly did (we did need it), but I was bit disappointed to find it was a tiny bowl with half a dozen plain leaves. £2-50 each... Not used to paying separately for garnish. Finally, one of us wanted a glass of rose. Firmly told rose was only by the bottle, if you want a glass it's red or white. Really? Can't just unscrew a bottle and pour one? In a restaurant that is far from cheap? You'll cover even the supermarket cost of the bottle in one glass. Those sort of points left me feeling the restaurant is s bit.... Mean? We didn't feel we'd been treated to a lavish night out! The bill was not insignificant Despite the service being friendly enough and the food being... what we ordered. Not sure we'd be tempted back, but maybe a different choice of food and bringing our own salt and pepper shakers.
The food here was fantastic, the service friendly and helpful - can particularly recommend the spicy pork bao buns. There were four of us, including two teenagers who are tough critics, but we all loved it. It wasn't cheap as a family outing but we've paid more for much worse. Will definitely be back.
We had a great evening at the KKINI with friends. The food and service was great.
Lovely ambiance, tasty and authentic Korean food, great service. The waiting staff were delightful, food is delicious although perhaps a little pricey. You pay in part for the dining experience and Korean bbq on each table so you can enjoy the aroma and pleasure of watching your meal cook right in front of you. Very busy so best to book ahead although this high demand is likely to subside a little when the novelty passes. A meal for two with wine will set you back around £80
A very very nice evening with delicious food and outstanding service. Looking forward to my return
