Service wasn’t as good as usually. Food was cold when we got it. They were very busy but I don’t think that’s an excuse for cold food

They were out of sushi. The food was below average. Our waitress was nice but very slow. Only positive part is that it wasn’t expensive.

Really enjoy the food. Have dined there many times. Great service and good prices

The food was expensive and not worth the price. We spent $100 on food and have had better quality Asian cuisine at a local restaurant for 1/4 the price. We traveled 7 hours to come to Seneca and were so excited to try this restaurant and were so dissatisfied. We will never go back to Koi and I will not be recommending it to anyone else.

It was an excellent dinner and evening we will be back.

The food as always taste excellent
Although the portion size has gotten smaller, and it takes a while for your food no matter how busy.
The service depends on your server. Sue is always on the ball!

Food was like Chinese take out.... definitely nothing special.
Dumplings were overcooked
Chicken was poor grade.

Due to COVID we were unable to enjoy the full restaurant experience which I understand is outstanding. No fault of Koi, and will go back once its fully open.

My husband and I made a reservation for 6pm on Dec 27th. We arrived early at 5:40 and they sat us right away. Our server was friendly and attentive. We ordered cocktails and a couple apps, which came out immediately (I even commented on how quickly they arrived). My husband got lobster tail and I ordered pork fried rice and spicy tuna sushi, all of which were fresh and delicious. The tables were spaced far enough away for us to feel comfortable. It was a lovely experience and we would definitely go back again.

Had the General Tso Chicken and it was amazing! We've been to Seneca many times, but never tried the food here. Huge mistake on our part, we missed out all of those years. But, lesson learned. We'll be back!

My date felt that we were rushed through out our dinner.

Great food and drink!! VERY respectable prices on both. My dater and I had an appetizer, 2 entrees and 2 drinks a piece and the bill was $100.00. Would come back here anytime!

The best Asian food you will find any where. This is not your cheap Chinese take out.

Second time here food is usually good. Wife's tenderloin was over cooked. Had to send it back. It was cooked properly the second time. Service was slow and understaffed.

Seafood fried rice was lightly fried and delicious. There was a decent blend of rice and seafood in this order and the order was a decent size.

The lo mein was pretty much average. The order was a little smaller than I would have expected.

The restaurant was very attractively done. Business casual attire would be very appropriate in this setting and would lend a more upscale atmosphere to the dining experience.

This is by no means a fancy restaurant- it is casual and dirty based on the casino scum.

The meat in my beef choi fun was very tough. Been there many times, this was my one and only bad meal

We come often and disappointed in the food not hot and portions were not what they usually are.

Food could be warmer when served. Staff has to learn how to make a drinks the correct way. Made a drink that wasn't even close to the proper ingredients
