KOI-Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino
Great adherence to COVID protocol.
Food was amazing. Sauces were life changing on the beef tenderloin and general tso chicken
Server only came over to bring food and forgot about us for long stretches
This is by no means a fancy restaurant- it is casual and dirty based on the casino scum.
The meat in my beef choi fun was very tough. Been there many times, this was my one and only bad meal
We always enjoy going to Koi, The food is always very good and the service wonderful.
Food was not that great especially for the price but the service was great.
We ordered the lettuce wrap for appetizer which was ok but I ordered the Peking duck rice bowl and it was mostly bone and fat.
We come often and disappointed in the food not hot and portions were not what they usually are.
Food could be warmer when served. Staff has to learn how to make a drinks the correct way. Made a drink that wasn't even close to the proper ingredients
The dining experience was excellent. Food was great. Service was excellent.
Great food as usual. Freshly cooked as everything tastes just a wee bit different each time.
Excellent meal and service
the waitress was attentive & knowledgeable & overall awsome
We were seated immediately and our waitress was really on top of things.
Our appetizer was ready in record time and as always was delicious.
We are never disappointed with the entrees.
One of our favorite places to eat.
Koi was excellent the food was over the top chef Peter did a great job
They were under staffed and the adult beverages were awful. Our waitress was great, but she could've needed some assistance with all the guest she had to serve.
The place was great just the waitress was not pleasant.
Service was Good and so was the food. I will be back!
Frequently eat here - Always a great meal at a reasonable price!
Overall, great experience. Thank you!
We had a reservation, but still had to wait a while to get seated. The first 2 things we wanted to order were not available according to the server probably not ordered recently to come on their truck. The service was quick, but only because it was very rushed....she spoke out of breath and fast the whole time. My entree was $28 and came with steamed broccoli, which was never drained before plating, so my food sat in a pool of water on the bottom of my plate. Could never tell the server as she never checked back with us, was nowhere to be found until just bringing our check. Nothing was done even after I tried to say it wasn’t as great as expected and explained the water and she just smiled and said ok. Food was not as tasty as Peach Blossom at Turning Stone, where I think it’s better worth the money. Can say we visited Koi, won’t recommend to friends and won’t be back. Very pricey for extremely low quality/mediocre food. Disappointed!
Food was horrible
Food is excellent at the Koi. We drove 40 minute just to eat there.
We made a reservation and did note it was for a birthday, but we did not get an indication or special acknowledgment as we hoped.
We were not asked if we wanted dessert either.
Provided plate with previously dried food on it.
Shrimp Tempora, (a deep fried shrimp cut and wrapped in rice and seaweed roll). Was cold. What should have been crispy and warm was cold and soggy. No flavor.
Server was pleasant. Although, we ordered drinks first - yet saw another group of guests get their drinks before ours and they ordered their drinks after us.
Over all the experience was pleasant.
The food was great! We had 3 sushi rolls and chicken fried rice. The problem came with the drink. We order two Tito’s and soda with lime; problem 1 no lime, like who doesn’t have limes at their bar? Problem 2, the lack of any Tito’s, like it was just a glass of soda water. When brought to the attention of the staff, the manager was sent over, we told her that we he drink was terrible, as there was no Tito’s at all in it. She pretty much gave us an excuse that they measure their pours, and the could make us another with more ice and less soda water, which makes no sense whatsoever. We said we don’t want another or pay for the drink. They only took one off the bill (11$). The service on a whole was not very professional. But the food was very good.
Service was pleasant. Food delicious. Loved the spring rolls! Food came out fast from kitchen.
Food was delicious. Prices a little high but par for a casino. I had Pad Thai, best in town!
First visit post-Covid. Everything is super clean. Tables are spaced out. Reservations are pretty much required, if it's busy at all because of limited capacity. Service friendly and quick, as always. Was so nice to get back to elegant dining.
Food was outstanding! Prices weren’t bad at all, service could’ve been better.
We dined at Koi twice during our stay at the Seneca Casino. We ordered different food and cocktails each night and everything was delicious and large portions. We had the same server twice (Princess, I believe her name is), who was awesome and very attentive. Our additional requests (extra sauce, etc.) were met quickly. The food was very tasty and the menu has a lot of options. Also, very reasonably priced for the size of the portions. I would highly recommend!
The Waitress sue is the best
This is restaurant is amazing. My wife and I had Crab Rangoon for our appetizer and for the entrees Honey Walnut Shrimp and Teriyaki Tenderloin. We go there often and we always get the same thing. Definitely recommend Koi
It's just not the same with all the rules.
It's not like 'dining' out.
Too different. Too rushed.
Excellent food and service! I would recommend to anyone who enjoys Asia cuisine...server was friendly food came out hot and delicious
The food and service was great. They did a great job with social distancing. I have gone to this restaurant many times the only thing i wish is that they would have some specials from time to time or change up the menu
We had a wonderful dinner, including, drinks, sushi and entrees. It was my friend's birthday and our first outing since the Covid 19 lockdown. I was impressed with the social distancing and the safety measures in place. The food and the service were as excellent as I remember.
It's great to have Koi open again. The food is good and each time it's a bit different. Special requests of our server, Su, are readily accommodated, such as holding the pork in the lo main or requesting a change in how spicy a dish is. Best of all, Hot and Sour soup has returned to the menu.
wonderful very clean food was excellent would recommend
I only marked slightly less on ambiance due to the fact that things must be kept clean and uncluttered at this time. It's a sign of the times that less decor is used to provide a safer experience.
We were there during the social distancing time. Tables were well spaced. Waitress was very nice and attentive. Food was good.
Average food. OK service. Maybe hit it on a bad night. The corona virus is taking charge.
Food was very good as always. Wish the portions were a little larger but I was satisfied.
