I visited Koop + Kraft on the last day before the 2nd Lowdown. Although all the tables were seated at it felt safe and the staff were warm and welcoming whilst still maintaining a social distance where possible. The food is always great and the cocktails were delicious. A warm atmosphere and a great little place to visit.

Food is amazing! Staff really friendly and helpful and they cater for allergies and dietary needs wonderfully! I'm GF and it's so lovely to have a local restaurant and takeaway that I can count on. Please add spirits to your menu! You have a brilliant gin, wine and cocktail selection diet people who like that but for myself and partner we just love a simple vodka and lemonade or JD and coke but other than that, a great experience and will be returning!

Not a great experience on this occasion.
Noise level of the music notably louder than previous visits.
Allowing two drunk males to enter The premises and have direct social inter action and physical contact with another table with no action from the staff is not something I would expect to see in these times.
We may currently live in an area with low case rates but it is precisely these types of actions that will see case rates increase and businesses shut.

We had a lovely meal at Koop and Kraft on Saturday. The staff were very attentive and professional.
The only down side to our experience really was how loud the music was, making it a bit difficult to hear each other, but the ambience was nice. All in all, a good experience and we will be back!

Chicken really dry, left meal. No one checked on us to see how food was for 30 mins after finished when they went to take the plate away.

It took over one hour and twenty minutes for our food to be served and there were too many people in it for social distancing
