Based on the traditional Japanese cuisine of Nadaman that have been loved by the world's VIPs, we add some new Japanese taste to it, and serve them in the the museum where you can enjoy the history and culture of Kyoto.     It was a sublime dinner with several courses and amazing service. I am not a dessert person but the ice cream with tapioca and strawberries was wonderful. It is a little hard to find because it is under the museum (I had to ask). Definitely worth it.

    This restaurant was a great find for a relatively inexpensive kaiseki. The staff was incredibly friendly, and although they spoke very limited English, they explained each dish to the best of their ability. We also got a private room, which was an unexpected surprise. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting to try kaiseki, it's great.

    Service was fantastic our waitress was extremely helpful and when out of her way to make sure we were pleased and explained eachnorbate course as it came out. Waiting time was minimal and the food was served promptly without us ever feeling rushed. Great experience!!

    We truly had an amazing experience for my birthday here. The food, menu, and service were the best we've experienced in Japan and in our travels around the world. We cant wait to return to Japan one year and return for another exemplary meal
