    Compared to a previous visit, this one was a bit disappointing. The request to get a happy birthday dessert for my partner was not followed when I kept seeing other parties get it. It was upsetting. Service wasn’t so great, felt like we kept getting forgotten by the waitress. Noise was pretty high. Food was overall good.

    The family behind La Parra treats every guest like they are also part of the family! From the greeting at the front of the house, to the servers and bartenders, to the amazing food, everything is thoughtful, on point, and fantastic. I've been back at least 10 times and I've never had a bad experience. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have an elevated dining experience in the near-West suburbs. 5/5

    The patio area was beautiful. We loved the drinks and service. The food, including the soup, was luke-warm and not hot. We didn’t care for the red sauce that was on top of the lamb shank & short ribs.

    Food and cocktails were excellent as always. The service is beyond exception. All of the staff are really involved in making everything perfect for you. My friend has food allergies and they have been very concerned and meticulous to make sure she is well taken care of. Much appreciated.

    This is a beautiful restaurant with a lovely covered outdoor patio, perfect for a reunion with friends. Friendly staff, very accommodating, and very knowledgeable about their excellent menu and beverages. One of my favorite places.

    Once again, we ate early (6p) on the patio and had it almost to ourselves for the first part of our dinner. The service is attentive, the setting is lovely and the food is delightful. We enjoyed luscious drinks...Cucumber Cooler and The Passion. If you haven't been there yet, what are you waiting for?

    Staff was warm and welcoming. Our server was very helpful in explaining specials and suggestions. The special liquors provided made the celebration special and memorable. Food and service were excellent. We enjoyed our dining experience !

    My boyfriend and I wanted to try something new. I found a review in TikTok and we decided to give it a try. The food was delicious, the service was excellent and most of all the drinks were sooooooooo good. As soon as we entered everyone said hello. We both ordered the ribeye steak, it was delicious. We plan on returning and trying some of the other dishes and drinks. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

    This is one if not THE best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was fantastic, starting with perfectly made cocktails, the food was absolutely amazing. That pear and Gorgonzola salad I could live in! You will not be disappointed with the service either. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

    My book club met here for dinner on a Tuesday night and really enjoyed it! While the patio area looked great for dinner, especially with the live music scheduled for later that evening, we opted for inside to have a quieter discussion of the book and to catch up with each other. Great food and drinks! Will definitely come back for dinner on my own

    A wonderful surprise. We had just learned of La Parra and decided to try it. The food and drinks were delicious. The pear salad with warm Gorgonzola dressing, as was the pasta with lobster and shrimp were excellent The space was spare and lovely, and the noise level was such that we could actually talk—a definite bonus. We will return.

    I’ve dined at this restaurant a few times and it’s always a good experience. The waiters are very kind, the food is well cooked, and the ambiance is nice. I have a few friends who live in the area and I’ve definitely recommended this restaurant.

    We love La Parra! The food is always delicious, the drinks are divine and both are so artfully presented. The servers and all staff are friendly and gracious. We lunched on the back patio and had it to ourselves most of the time. Head to La Parra for lunch....you will wonder why you didn't go sooner!

    The menu is great. Lots of food and drink options. The poached pear salad was yummy and we ordered the lamb and the shrimp pasta, both very good. Their sangria is top notch. We had a nice evening and will be going back soon!

    LaParra has turned into one of our favorite places to go! All of their food has been fantastic! We try the specials pretty often & they are never disappointing! What really makes the place so special are the very friendly servers and expert advice on their menu choices! Nice wine list!
