The fungi pizza was fantastic! The figs brought a slightly sweet element. I was skeptical but it was absolutely delicious! The bread was also very good.

Food was very good from lasagna to pizza. Waiter needs to learn to speak up. Two parties at table and although room number written on slips, both checks went to my bill. Hotel quickly straightened it out next morning.

Our food was ok but uninspiring. My eggplant parmesan was a bit dry and needed more sauce and less breading. My wife's manicotti was similarly dry. A good enough meal but not what one would expect from a restaurant at such a fine hotel.

First meal at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. Expected incredible given prices and quite frankly the big deal everyone makes of this location. It was average. Had the Caesar to start. Good, no complaints and big but not extraordinary. Hubby had the Osso buco and I had the risotto with spinach and mushroom. Both good but again average. My risotto had far too much spinach in it. You have to eat in the hotel when you come but overall it's an okay yet not great experience.
