We had a wonderful lunch at Lago Tacos. They did a great job following the guidelines for reopening. We felt very comfortable. The food was great. I had the chopped salad. The service was even better. We recommend a visit to Lago Tacos. An excellent experience!
Great food and drinks but the service and environment makes the night!
Everything is awesome about this restaurant. Service is outstanding even during a pandemic. We went this evening for the last in person dining before the shut down and my heart is heavy that in person dining will close. This is a true gem. Food is out of this world

We were able to sit comfortably socially distant. The server was great and the manager came over to chat and check in. The food was amazing as usual - a great quick nite out!

Loved Lago Tacos! The food was amazing. Everything ordered was incredible and a nice tequila selection as well. Service was fast and friendly. They have become the new favorite place for the group to meet up at.
Lago is always outstanding. All food made from scratch onsite (i’ve peered through kitchen window). Authentic! The team are all long timers and are committed to bringing joy to their customers experience. They become your friends.
Super fresh ingredients. You can tell the kitchen takes a lot of pride. Service was great, really friendly and helpful. Everyone acted as a team. Definitely recommend.
Food is always great! I love the walleye tacos! Service was great as well. Only bummer was that our reservation was at 6:00 p.m. and they closed at 7:00 p.m. It didn't occur to me that they would close at 7:00 p.m. on a Sunday. I should have looked at the restaurant hours.
First time there. Quiet for a Sat night but that was fine. Plenty of distance between patrons. Good food and service. Recommend.
Everything tasted amazing! Waiter was also good! We came on a Monday night so it wasn’t too loud. Definitely recommend coming!

They follow covid-19 guidelines well, sanitize after each customer, and practice social distancing.
They just re-opened in door dining. Everything was distanced and safe. The hostess even thanked us for wearing masks - first restaurant to do that! Food was awesome. Tried their special taco of the day - salmon. Very tasty. They also offer wings that sound very special but we did not try them. Next time. And there will be a next time. Oh and Jacob the bartender was a hoot (and informative). Ask him about his dog.
We had 8 in our party, two tables of four, we arrived before our reserved time and they sat us right away. The servers were fantastic and the food was great! We will be back.

Disappointed that we didn’t get the high top table that was requested and reserved.We were put next to the curtain that separates the kitchen from the dining area and the workers were very loud, very disappointing and hard to hear your own conversation
I had the best service ever from the bartender, Andy. He was so sweet and so fun to talk to. His knowledge about tacos was perfect for a first timer. I can't say enough great things about him and the service he provided. He was super attentive to all of my needs. The food was great too!! I recommend smothering the burrito. I love the tequila selection! Can't wait for round two!

We arrived and they were closed very disappointing to travel and not have been notified, not easy to just find another restaurant on a Friday night
Lagos Tacos is amazing! Their tacos are truly amazing, unique and taste so good. Absolutley love the chicken tinga, fried avocado and sesame chicken tacos! Can't say enough good things about this place, the service or the locations (both Excelsior and Minneapolis are great).
I've visited Lago Tacos many times. I still have trouble deciding what to order because there are so many tempting options. In the end, I'm never disappointed with my selection. I love this place!
This is one of our favorite spots whether it’s drinks with friends, date night, or family dining. Best Nachos and Quesadillas around hands down!!!
This used to be my favorite restaurant. However, it has gone downhill, severely. Don’t waste your time or money. The food is terrible and the service is even worse. They act like you are doing them a disservice by being a customer.
There was no indoor seating. I understand the restaurant is small, but it was a pretty chilly evening and I had no idea that we would be outside.

We were surprised that they only had outdoor seating. But the food and service were very good.

Had a great meal at Lago Tacos. The food was outstanding. Our server Andy was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. The host did a great job of explaining the covid procedures as well. I would definitely recommend this joint.
